Karns is the best grocery store in Central Pennsylvania to get three things. 1) they have the best meat around 2) they have an excellent bakery; their coconut cake is second to none. Their pies are also very good, and 3) their apples in the fall. In the fall they bring in local Adams County apples in many, many different varieties. They are excellent.

Stopped in got grand daughter and daughter cake & ice cresm for belated birthday after family sit down meal @ copper kettle.

When I like to place its clean then please are very courteous very helpful and you have some really good deals

Great meat, deli and seafood department. Never have a bad experience at all, ever. Rarely shop elsewhere.

Totally impressed with their customer service. A mistake was made. Didn't realize it until we got home, which is an hour away. Emailed and not a minute later was on the phone with a lady. Had it taken care of in no time. Thank you Karns Food. Will recommend your store to everyone.

Until they get their deli in order, I will never step foot in that department again. I will gladly pay $4 more per pound at Giant knowing their deli is very clean. Flies buzzing around, dirty slicer and lack of lunch meat to select from to have freshly sliced. Not to mention they have an employee there that does not understand how to measure lunch meat. If you ask for 1 1/2 pounds, she gets to almost a pound and asks me if that is enough. Seriously? ! I have to spell it out for her as if I'm trying to make her feel stupid. That is not my intent, but why have someone in the deli that cannot understand a scale? And friendliness at the deli does not exist, but I can overlook that, but no thank you to the flies.

Great products and really nice staff! I prefer Karns over the big chains. The bakery staff was so helpful in assisting me with finding the cake I needed. And they cheerfully added the birthday greeting on it. Everybody there is so nice.

They may be expensive in general but they always have sales on most items people actually use, they run the weekly circular and monthly circular also Karns specials if you eat meats good pricing I don’t much so I’m unsure if quality but hear it decent. Also if they make. Mistake on sales etc they usually will give 5dollars off next order which is more than what most places do. Sales coupons weekly monthly try them out

Great deals on meats/seafood, but everything else is regular price. Not a very big selection of groceries outside of meat

I like Karn's their selections are pretty good for this area. The produce department is very good. The deli is not bad. Of course the meat department is top shelf

Customer service in the meat dept sucks. When you call in the morning to reserve an item.they should actually put that item back and not sell it. Will never shop there again.this review will be going on fb as well as the radio broadcasting show I work for!

Great meat selection. Fresh, cut to order for free. They have bulk packages. Haven't really done other shopping here because it's not that close, but it's the only place I get meat

Sorry, but I was not impressed. I think the meat is over priced as well as some other items. I'll stick with weis markets thank you!

Good prices on some items, not all things? Is it worth waiting less vs going to where it is busier?

Convenient, friendly. The bathroom at the store on North Mountain Road needs to be gutted and redone completely!

Very nice grocery store. Excellent meat deals, nice bake, and good produce section. Plenty of parking but the store is usually very busy. Lots of other stores in this same shopping complex. Karns is a place that you do want to stop at if you are in the area.

Food was good, very long drive through line so I dined in. However, the customer service was great. As far as cleanliness, it was okay, could've been better.

Clean, reasonable prices and fresh meats. Very easy to navigate as well. My new go to for fresh meat!
