Took my zx6r down to get inspection and new set of tires, they did the whole nine yards. Everyone there is very nice and knowledgeable and they work fast, my appointment was scheduled at 11 and I was there to pickup my bike at 4. Will definitely continue to go here for anything that needs done!

A+ service, #1 customer service, words could not express how great service is at Karns Performance. For all my friends that do not ride and think that I am taking my motorcycle to the grocery store can never relate lol. But Karns Performance is like family to me and I trust them to the fullest! Where do I start. As you walk into this BEAUTIFUL establishment. You’re welcomed with smiles, and a caring staff. It feels more like a family home that you’re going over. No one pressures you into buying; and Ron is very, VERY Helpful and knowledgeable. He made this costumer buying experience, one to remember. Karns has a customer for life. Although I did not purchase a bike from Karn’s, the co-owner, Dan, spent about 45 minutes with me explaining the aspects of the different types of bikes, which was greatly appreciated. The only issue I encountered was the reality that I’m too short to fit the type of bike that I want.

Karns just worked on my 22 Busa. Installed an akra full system, ecu flash, and dyno tuned. Along with some maintenance. What a night and day difference! The bike is much more responsive and sounds wicked!

I can’t say enough about Karns Performance. I only went to look and ended up buying. I dealt with Dan Karns and he was outstanding. From financing to driving away. He explained everything and showed me every feature and how it works prior to leaving. I’ve never been more satisfied. No pressure style in a relaxed atmosphere. We laughed and joked and told stories. It felt as if they knew me. I also met other staff and they also treated me great. Donnie even told me anytime I wanted to do any modifications to just call. If you’re in the hunt for a bike I recommend Karns performance. I will never go anywhere else to buy a bike or have any work done. I would have to add I traveled from Maryland so I’m not a local.

Going by a coworkers recommendation, I stopped by and talked to them about tuning my Honda Fury. I was beyond extremely pleased with how the gentlemen at the front counters treated me, so I made the appointment. Went there today to get it done. I was met by the same 2 gentlemen at the counter that I was before. And once again they were excellent to deal with. When it came time for Jason to put it on the dyno, he had remove my fender (due to a mod I did) and it took him awhile to get access to my ecu, but he took it all in stride. I was expecting my bill to higher due to the extra work, but it barely went up, so pricing is amazing here! I was able to go back and stand there while he performed the tune. He answered all my questions and went beyond what he needed to ensure I was happy and got what I wanted. I did have a specific set of things I wanted done, he wasn't able to do all of it due to software restrictions on my bike, but what he was able to do was astonishing. I got a 13hp/7tq gain. And what a damn difference did it make! The bike is a real beast now! Really blown away by what he was able to do! So if you need any work done, go see these guys, they'll blow you away! Thanks again for the ridiculously awesome service and look forward to dealing with yous in the future!

I have a 2022 Suzuki GSX S1000GT+ with an upgraded full exhaust and tune. Jason worked some amazing magic! I loved my bike prior to Jason installing the upgrades, dyno tuning the computer, and making additional small adjustments. Improvement is an understatement.

My bike produces a significant amount increased power over the stock build, is overall smoother in delivery of that power, and the overall drop in fuel economy has been around 2 MPG for the first 200 miles after Karns completed the work. I cannot put into words how pleased I am with the work they complete, the time it took from ordering the parts to completing the job, and team of people working at Karns.

This is truly a place that can make magic happen! Highly recommend!

Ron made my experience of purchasing my first brand new bike very smooth, no stress and easy going. He was very knowledgeable and did not misinform me on anything. Always ensuring all my questions were answered. Extremely professional on all levels. The night I picked it up I found the rest of the staff very welcoming and personable.
