3Very rude and nasty here not welcoming or inviting especially the lady answering the phones she by far is the absolute worst I will never call again or recommend anyone
Mold Mold Mold is everywhere dont be fooled by CARLA the new properyy Manager. The building is infestés with mold CARLA Will tell u its not just to keep her LITTLE pay check every week. Ask can u have it tested by a Mold company? I bet MISÉRABLE CARLA Will say no.shes so ignorant.who Hired her so unprofessional and disrespectful to any1 she see.a very misérable person so Sad. I guess Thats the only place that would hire her a MOLD INFESTED DIRTY BUILDING! She belongs there!
I moved in on April 3rd 2019. For me it's within walking distance of work. Everything you need is also within walking distance but is a little over priced. Living in Rittenhouse Square and right around the corner from the park is a plus. For the most part the other residents are very nice. And being a part of Project Homes Kate's Place has anything you need to help you with other issues from drugs and alcohol to mental health. To some it could be a little high priced but for me it is worth it.
