Katsur Dental & Orthodontics, Greensburg PA

Brought my 12 year old daughter here to get a tooth fix that was bad. Place seemed very clean. However I am glad I took the first appointment because we were first and was back there for about and hour and 15 minutes total. The people in the waiting room, I felt sorry for. 1 dentist and it was packed full. Staff was friendly. Quick process and hoping the work was done right.

They have bad customer service, and they never answer there phone calls.would if somebody actually could have happened. I don’t recommend

The staff are friendly.
The wait is ridiculous, the pediatric dentist appointments are clumped together and there is only 1 dentist working. We waited 1.5 hours just to be called to the exam room.
The Greensburg facility is dirty! This office needs cleaned and remodeled badly. The carpet is old and obviuosly hasn't been vacuumed in a very long time. The waiting room chairs are covered in stains and other peoples hair. I stood for our entire wait!
Katsur Dental needs to do better and hire a cleaning company asap.

They never answer their phone. If you’re that busy, HIRE MORE RECEPTIONISTS OR OPEN A CALL CENTER.

I've called OVER 30 times in the last two months and no one ever answers the phone. Never had a problem with them when I was actually able to get them on the phone and get an appointment, but that's rare.

My boyfriend and I have only had a great experience here. From his emergency dental work to my own fillings and root canal, this office has been nothing but kind and accommodating to our needs.

The dentist we were seeing previously in Greensburg basically would not work on my boyfriend as he needed extensive work, and they were very unprofessional towards him. They also missed the fact that I needed cavities filled and a root canal in the year that we were going to see them, and we always felt rushed out of their office and as if they never wanted to do much-needed dental work on us. Katsur welcomed us as new patients and put us on the schedule for appointments immediately to get to work on things that our previous dentist had missed.

The office staff are very kind and accommodating; and the hygienists and techs have been awesome taking feedback (going back to fix a previous filling when my bite was not right) and giving advice when asked (explaining procedures in a way we found understandable and telling us exactly what we can do at home to ease pain). The dentist however has been the reason we keep coming back, as she is very honest and straightforward about different procedures, and she makes an effort not to overcharge us for something we don't need. She has been extremely professional and made us both feel comfortable at this office and we are extremely grateful to have gotten our dental work done here.

We were very pleased with my 10 year old grandson's visit to the pediatric dentist today. Everyone was friendly and they found the problem and fixed it with minimal pain. The only downside was the wait which was a little over 2 hours from walking in the door to walking out. Tge prewarned us of this though.

We had a terrible experience. Due to the bad dental assistant. She was older and was very mean to both my daughter's. She did not work well with kids at all but was in a pediatric office. I was appalled by what she said to my kid. She made them feel bad for not being able to get an xray. It is not my children's fault that she did not try at all to get either xray. The dentist was nice but I was very mad.
