4Took my car in to get it inspected. Got a call the next morning that 3 tires were 'the wrong size' and 'dry-rotted. ' I thought that was odd since the car is driven daily, and I know the tires are the right size, so I had my mechanic fiancée give them a call to figure out what exactly the issue is. After some discussion, she agreed to new tires only if they give us back the old ones. They then said that they 'don't like you questioning our work, ' and refused to do the inspection. They also refused to give us any paperwork explaining what the issues were. This is the second time I've had issues with this place, they refused to help me with a broken bolt once before. Save yourself some stress and go to Hess's.
Just had a wheel bearing replaced. They were able to schedule me promptly, were completely transparent about cost, and got me back on the road quickly. Very happy with my experience!
Rude customer service. I was unable to replace my tire as stock was low. I understand that not all services stock every tire but the staff practically kicked us out. I was able to limp to another facility by filling up the tire but asked and they went through the "motions" of filling but did not put any air in the tire. Do not recommend
