A little tricky to come in, I got here around 9: 00 parked outside in the back and walked To the front and gave my paperwork to some guy and was told to come back at noon because it was full of box trucks and they came and got me around 10: 30 or so which was cool, was tight to back in due to cars parked all over the place they took about an hour to unload, other drivers have different experiences from what I see on but mine wasn’t that bad

No good experience no system for truck deliveries.
Keey telling me just wait in your truck we will call you but 6 hours later still waiting there is nothing like FCFS system just local and there own trucks 1st.very bad experience if you have option not chose this location just skip.

Bad place for 18 wheelers. Lady on the phone gives wrong directions! She told me to pull up in front of the building and i was stuck there with a 53 foot trailer. After that, the old chinese man said that the unloading was on the opposite side of the building.

This place takes local deliveries first over the OTR Drivers avoid this place at all costs.

this is my first and last delivery here
I arrived last night about 730pm to avoid the am traffic, my appointment was at 10am I first checked in at about 530 am told them what I had and was told come back at 10 no problem I backed into the dock at 10 no one answered my knocks on the door (they just unloaded 2 trucks) I walked around the building and was told it would be 12 and they didn't order it.then I spoke to someone else who said wait in my truck and he, would have someone unload me as soon as he could it's now 11am and I'm still waiting.oh and there now are 3 other trucks waiting as well.so as I said at the start.
AVOID THIS PLACE, KAWA food in Philadelphia Pa.
