Customer service is an absolute disgrace! All across the board! Do not go to Kay for your jewelry! I've been waiting over 3 weeks for my ring to get resized! Can't get any answers where it is! I know people that have waited MONTHS for their jewelry! Absolutely unacceptable!

The ladies that work at this store are amazing. They have excellent customer service. Everytime I'm in there whether to pay a bill or pick up jewelry they make sure that I'm taken care of. They treat as I'm part of the Kay's family. Love them all.

I've been going to Kay's since 1975 first 4 years was at Park City in Lancaster the rest have been at York Galleria. I've only ever had one bad experience with them it was one of the employees at the York Galleria she was very rude and unpleasant. This was about a year ago and I no long see her there, hopefully shes gone.

People there's a reason this store has bad reviews. Save your time, headaches and hard earned money. Do yourself a favor go across to Zales Jewelers. There's a reason Zales has 5 stars! I went to Kays with my wife to buy her a diamond ring and she wanted to buy me a gold chain. I waited to get served for about 15minutes. Another couple entered dressed in suits. (no hate here. God Bless them!) I saw the lady's attention immediately show interest in them. So I stood right in front of her about 3 feet to the side of the customer she was finishing up with. I was looking right at her waiting for my turn. As to give her no excuse to not serve me next. When she finished, she looked right passed me and asked these people across the store if she could help them! I walked out went to Zales. They are so professional and kind I did my business there. Went back the following week. This time it was two different women but same great customer service. Go to Zales and stay far away from Kays!

Very poor customer service. Even with a warranty they would try and charge me for a necklace chain. I moved out west and the Kays there said that should never occurred and that the chain was to be free as apart of the warranty. They gave me two new chains for necklaces because of this store and their poor care. One time, Kays sent us the wrong order and never even sent the order receipt on my email stating what we ordered. My dad wanted to get my mother a paw print necklace that was on a special and they sent basic earrings that were diamond. I went in to return it and they basically called me a liar and would not exchange it for the necklace deal. We took back the earrings and my dad and I never purchased anything from there again. Every time I came in for a cleaning, they would try and sell me jewelry despite the previous occurrence and stating they lost business. However, it is great to know I had great customer care at another Kay’s and they even called them out.

Fiance bought me an engagement ring. Stones fell out or something not even 2 weeks after having it on my finger. Sent out to fix and have resized. Was gone for 2 plus weeks and it came back the exact way it left just a different size. Of course I wasnt ok with it and wasnt leaving until they were going to have it fixed. She told me the designer was going to make me a new one and it would be in 4/16/2018. After not letting me just swap it out for the exact same one in the case. She told me the designer had to make a new one. Called a couple days before to see if it came in early as I am excited for a new good looking ring. The guy that answered the phone was no help, he put a girl on who told me "the date on your paperwork says the 16th, we will call you when it is in. Thats just an estimate date so you dont have to keep calling" it is now the 19th and Go figure ring isnt here. Requested call from manager this morning, no call. Called back at 7pm and was told Manager is on vacation and the associates know absolutely nothing about it or have no record on it. Blamed it on manager Denise that she handles all of that by herself and sets stuff aside for only her to work on. She is out until Monday which pushes it back yet another week. A phone call before vacation or letting employees know would be nice. I was able to enjoy my engagement for 2 weeks. Ive now been engaged for 3 months with a broken ring on my finger and my new one no where to be found. Very upsetting after my fiance spent thousands of dollars for this item. Will not be buying anything from Kays anymore once I get my ring.

Went in to have my rings sent out to be polished. Rude lady (blonde) was very aggressive about me not having my warranty papers. Explained I never had to being them in before. Went to a different Kay's. They explained I don't need warranty papers everything is in the computer. Lost my business at this location. Sad she continues to run this store with all the issues.

The sales lady was rude and tried to push me to open a Kay card, after I told her many times I don't want to. I had very bad experience there, I would find another store else where. The blond that works there very pushy and extremely rude, all she cares about is herself.

I have had a lot of good visits to other Kays, but this one was different. I wanted to see specific ring, but they didn't have it. That was fine, what wasn't was the fact the sales person was pushing me to get a Kays card and put 20% down on it before I even looked at the think. I told her that I needed to think about it. The next day I called the park city Kays, and they were a little more accommodating. I didn't need to put 20% down and when I told her about the experience, she told me that she gets alot of complaints about that lady. I love Kays quality and most of the customer service. Just not the one in this store.
