I needed to get a new battery for my watch. It was close to closing time, but the associate Erin that helped my wife and I, wasn't rushed at all, and was able to replace my battery that night instead of making me wait. My wife and I were checking out some other jewelry, and ended up purchasing a ring as well because we were so happy with the courteous service! Bravo!

Kay's at Exton Mall is the best place to go for all your jewelry needs.they are very friendly and helpful that's why I only shop here. Ask to see Dina or Dan and they will be sure to help you find what your looking for.and if it's not in store they might be able to order it. I've been coming to this Kay's for over 15 years

The staff at Kay is professional and polite. I enjoyed working with Erin to pick out my wife's gift. She was patient and knowledgeable. She made the process easy for me.

I can't say enough good things about Erin and Dina! They were so helpful, knowledgeable and they really took their time with me. I appreciate that especially in today's world. I didn't feel rushed. Dan is such an awesome sales person! Knew exactly what my style was & just all together helped my bf & I get the best pieces of jewelry we love! Nice conversation, wasn’t pushy, did an amazing job.

Our sales experience here was fine, but the ring that we purchased had to be sent out for sizing. When I received a notification that the piece was ready to be picked up, I drove all the way out to the same store that we ordered the ring from during normal business hours, but apparently they decided to close an hour early that day without posting any notice anywhere. Despite the fact that there were still employees in the store, I was told that the computer had already been turned off and couldn’t be turned back on, and that they were sorry but they had decided to shut down early that day, so I would need to drive all the way back out another day. As someone who works in client services, I was definitely disappointed by the service at this Kay location.

They dont know how to take no as an answer. Very pushy. Made me feel very uncomfortable. The sales assosciate kept pushing for the credit card after repeatedy saying i don't know how i feel about it. The manager was there and never stepped in. I ended up leaving with a credit card i didnt want and not what i walked in for.

Excellent service. I recommend this store. Bought two wedding bands (his and hers) from here. Was running into an issue with getting them back on time. The people in this store went out of there way to make it right even with high anxiety and stress to get them on time for the wedding. Fair prices and excellent service. Shout out to the manager and Dan. Thanks for putting up with me on that day and I will always appreciate and recommend this store for making things right in a tight situation.
