Kay Jewelers, Indiana PA

My fiancé bought my ring from Kay’s in the Indiana mall. I went every 6 months got it checked but never really thought about it. I looked down at my ring at work the other day and saw that the diamond in the middle was gone. After frantically looking for it I called Kay’s and told them that the diamond was missing and I couldn’t find it. With no push back they assured me it was covered bc I have been keeping up with the checks. I took it in that night and the next day I got the call that it would have to be sent to the main office and with our wedding being in August they couldn’t guarantee that it would be back in time. As frustrated and sad as I felt they followed that with multiple options to fix the situation. Again no push back, no oh well sorry attitude. They cared and were compassionate the whole time. Francine, Denise, and the whole staff were so amazing with this situation that it gave me an even greater appreciation for this store. Thank you girls for being supportive, helpful, and compassionate. The customer service goes way beyond the sale.

Over the years, my husband has bought me several beautiful pieces of jewelry from Kay's. We are greeted pleasantly each time we go in even when it's just for an inspection/cleaning and we aren't making a purchase. Most recently, I lost a stone in my diamond and sapphire ring. Laurie was extremely helpful with getting it sent off for repair. She has been of great assistance in the past when we have made purchases as well. Looking forward to my next gift from Kay's!

We had the best experience in the Indiana Kay Jewelers. We are in the middle of looking for engagement rings, we were greeted so kindly by both staff members. They took the time to show us everything they had that they would be interested in. Anything Priscilla wanted to try on they let her, in fact they had me trying on men's rings by the end. I have a family engagement ring. I took it in to get resized and they were also supposed to check for loose diamonds because of it being old. A week after getting it back the diamond falls out. It get replaced everything is fine for 3 months then surprise the exact same diamond falls out again. It breaks my heart that they can't properly repair their mistakes. They just take the fast and easy way out. They probably didn't even put a real diamond back in when they replaced it it was probably a lab created one.
