Even tho' I've been with Kay Jewelers, since my Daughter& Son were Tiny; I won't b leave' n them. + with Brandon<CSR> @ Kay'$ n King of Prussia; He ALWAYS, makes my visits FUN!

Brandon assisted us on resizing our wedding rings. He was very helpful and so nice! I also I had my earrings that I bought online and he fix it's lock so I don't need to return it or exchange it. I love Kay and the people that works there. 5 star customer service! Way to go Brandon!

Kay Jewelers is an excellent place to shop for fine jewelry, pure in quality and they also have a variety of selection. Visit them today to get a piece that’ll last a life time make sure you ask for Mimi or Brandon they are excellent at explaining the history behind each piece. They know how to communicate, they both great at customer service and they’ll keep you coming back.

I love the Kay Jewelers in King of Prussia. Brandon is my guy! I absolutely love him. He knows exactly what I like & makes sure all my jewelry has a lifetime warranty so if anything happens I can have repairs done whenever something is broken, a diamond is chipped or missing he takes care of it. He also services my entire family. We won't even shop at another Kay Jewelers. If you are looking for any type of upscale jewelry I recommend Brandon & Kay in King of Prussia!

Walk for 1 hrs I didn't find the store, I was planning to buy a pendant that I saw online
But is a pain in the back,
locate the store at the mall.

My experience working here was excellent! Working with mr. Brandon the manager he's awesome dude very caring, compassionate, patience, especially while he was teaching me. Also Has a good sense of humor. And also working with Alicia another awesome person very nice and compassion also why she was teaching me to. I will always love selling Kay Jewelers.

Last week, I came into Kay's Jewelers hoping to find the perfect jewelry set for my wife. I was greeted by Brigida, the sales associate, whom happened to be so polite and professional when assisting me with my jewelry needs. She recommended the most beautiful jewelry set that included a necklace and a bracelet. Brigida was so helpful and charismatic when asking me about my wife's style. That's what I call excellent customer service. When I surprised my wife with the jewelry, her jaw dropped to the ground. I won't have to worry about my wife divorcing me. Thank you Brigida!

I had the pleasure to have Mimi help us and she is a sweat heart! So respectful of our opinions and providing feedback! She even recognized us when we came back to pick up our rings. She was really patient with our requests. We ended getting the rings here bc of her, we loved the rings too btw.

Had two different poor experiences with this location which is a shame. Went browsing with my boyfriend several months ago and we were almost entirely ignored and no one even said if/when we would be waited on. Went recently when ready to buy and the one woman was very rude when I asked a question about the size of diamond and if it could be changed to a smaller one. The way she told me no and that is wasn’t possible was so rude that I actually apologized for my question and said I just didn’t know. They were near closing so I understand they wanted to go home but I work in customer service myself and a customer should not have to feel like they need to apologize for asking a question. One of the women was nice just very rushed. Picking an engagement ring is a big decision and customers need great service to find the perfect match. Not sure if we will purchase from a different jewelry store entirely but not going to rush back to this location at least.

I was at the store to have my ring sized today 5/5/2022 the sale associated didn't acknowledge me and was very rude never wanted to come back again.

Do yourself a favor and find an independent jeweler who will actually listen to you instead of going to Kay’s. I have sent my rings out several times for maintenance and 3 out of 4 times they have messed it up. Besides the fact that the warehouse does shoddy work, the employees at Kay’s approve of that work and send you home with illfitted or poorly soldered rings. They truly couldn’t care less. I sent my rings out almost a month ago and still don’t have them back because they informed me today that the rings came back with several loose diamonds. There were zero loose diamonds when they were sent out. Why would my rings ever leave the warehouse…the place where rings go to get fixed…when it’s BROKEN? Is quality control not performed in the warehouse BEFORE shipping it back to the store? I sent my rings out for work on the sizing beads. I repeatedly told the employee I wanted my sizing beads shaved down and according to the receipt they are being removed completely, so no one listens. Why trust thousands of dollars worth of jewelry to people who don’t listen and don’t care? I’ve been married just a year and at this point Kay’s has had my rings for longer than I have. Extremely disappointing.

The staff did an amazing job helping out my wife and me. 27 years ago I bought my wife a wedding ring and during that time we have had five kids. It caused a lot of stress on sizing and resizing the wedding ring. Two weeks ago I brought in her ring to be fixed and resized. They added gold to it and rebuilt the ring with expertise. The ring looks amazing and made us emotional when we got it back. All of this cost nothing! Thank you Kay jewelers!

Walked in to look at some diamond rings and was extremely well taken care of by Mimi. She was patient, knowledgeable, and has a genuine passion for diamonds and jewlery. She was able to help us not only become more familiar with the custom order process but also navigate the million different possible ring settings and options. Mimi is easy to talk to, helpful, and the reason I would come back again.

Such bad sales people in the store.
When you walk into a store you expect the sales associate to acknowledge you or even hint that they have seen you and you ll be attended shortly.
The lady at the store not only ignored me but also was so rude when I asked if she had seen.

To all sales associates “ you are not doing a favor by working in the store to the Customer, the customer is doing a favor to you by buying stuff “.

I’d give it a zero if I could. Extremely pushy and the women sales rep (I don’t remember her name, but she had multicolored hair) was one of the most rude individuals I’ve ever met and would not stop making nasty comments the entire time we were there about myself and my fiancé’s ring. Do not go here unless you support that kind of thing.

It seems like is a standard statewide policy for bad manners and wait time. We were at the entrance no one say hi Ill be with you guys in a moment… absolutely nothing… it was one other couple in the store and +4 employees simply ignoring us. Nasty customer service.
