Delicious cakes and cookies, the pizza is better than in Brooklyn, the cheese is fresh and there is no that tomato pasta taste that you get half ladle in Brooklyn pizzerias. Best place to eat around Kalahari resort if you want to eat normally and tasty. Waiters 5 stars!

Food is great staff is 150% polite friendly and very courteous.will consider going back again.would recommend telling a friend bout this place.just a great place period.

Wowowow I’m not from here but this place makes me wish I was it really is that good me and my bf ordered the hot wing calzone he loved it it looked very cheesy we ordered spaghetti pepperoni pizza and some desserts it was all so amazing the deserts were the perfect level of sweetness just right And the lady that helped me up front was a pleasure

If you come to the Poconos and don't get dinner here, then you are missing out on one of your top 10 places you've ever eaten! Great waitress, atmosphere and food!

Delicious Pizza, I once asked for Extra cheese! Boy did I get Extra Cheese. Didn't think to much could be out on, Boy was I wrong. The Pizza recipe is Awesome!

Very efficient counter help. Could be more cordial but no complaints there. Pizza was swimming in grease. ShopRite deli has better pizza. Which is sad, we used to enjoy Kay's. But then we tried the competition

Food was very good. I only had a burger, but it was very well prepared, just like I ordered 9.

My wife had a salad, and loved it.

My crew and I were in town for work and we stopped here on multiple night because the food was absolutely delicious. We each tried something new each night and man it was seriously the best Italian we have ever tasted. And we travel all around the United States for work. The owner and staff were very kind and welcoming. Treated us like part of the family. I would definitely go back again if we are ever in town. Their cinnamon rolls are like nothing you have ever tasted either! I highly recommend getting your hands on one if you can. Or 4 LOL

Everything is great here. This trip had chicken parm alfredo with penne adding ricotta to pasta and the knots.

Try the spinach rav’s. Awesome with no sauce! But of course I had the alfredo.

What can I say, except this place is amazing! Just wish I could give you more stars. Five stars doesn't seem enough! Excellent food, excellent service and prices extremely reasonable. You must visit and make sure you haven't eaten all day! Enjoy!

Once you visit Kay's restaurant you will never go any place else to eat. The staff is always friendly The home made desserts are absolutely delicious. There is no bad choice you could make on the menu. Everything is delicious and you get a big portion of everything. The soups are also home made with a different delicious soup each day. It will only take one visit and you'll be coming back with family and friends. Enjoy your next meal at Kay's Italian restaurant the clear choice for delicious food and friendly people.

My girlfriend and I went here for the first time for our anniversary and loved everything about it. Our waitress was knowledgeable, quick and courteous.

We had bisque soup, garlic knots, and garlic bread to start, and to pick at and they were all delicious. You could tell they were all prepared fresh and tasted amazing.

For our main courses, I had the seafood platter with fries, and got to try their fish, shrimp, and scallops, which were all fantastic, but the crab cake was incredible and I'll absolutely be ordering that alone next time. My girlfriend ordered the chicken parm, and she loved it as well.

We even ordered a pizza to take home and got some of the fresh baked goods for dessert and we loved it!

22 years I have lived here (PA) never ate at Kay's. I got pizza. It was good had a lot of cheese. The best item was the Italian sub or hoagie. Excellent cold cuts, just the right amount of onions, tomatoes and lettuce. I have gone back and got it a second time. They gained a new customer.

I was sad my last meal in PA was we are out of rolls and bread. They do have great food though. I'm in Florida now so probably won't be back.

The best for dinner out. Very small seating areas so expect a wait if it's busy to be seated but the cinnamon rolls are so good. We get extra for breakfast the next day and it is amazing. I've shown this place to many friends and they have always said one of the best places by far.

Food was very good. It's a popular place. Nice bakery area at the register. It could use a little cleaning. Cobwebs, dust under tables. It's homey. Real "country"

We have had the Sunday brunch at this restaurant several times. Food is very good, always fresh! They will even make you a specific omelet at no additional charge during their Sunday brunch hours.

Their desserts are a special sweet treat!

Delicious Italian dishes and pizzas! I’m so happy we have a place like this in the area. Highly recommend for dine in or takeout.

Came here on a whim on our trip to Kalahari. Best meal we’ve had in a long time. Such a great value and the quality is far superior to what is available at the Kalahari restaurants. Not a bad drive from the resort and worth the trip!

Stopped in for lunch with my son. Very nice staff, quick service and the food was really good. Delicious soup! My son loved the cannoli! They didn’t have any made when we arrived, but went and made some for him, Very nice! We will be back!
