Poorly installed floor in my kitchen with a "crooked" seam that is also splitting apart. When they couldn't fix it, I was reminded I signed a contract. I expected more of Bob at K&B as a professional business owner. I would be embarrassed to leave a customer with this floor and not make good on it. Update: bubbles throughout my floor. Not glued down correctly. This is so unprofessional. I have pictures. They show the sloppy work, but the owner didn't care.

Bobs crew did our entire house about 1and a half yrs.ago. Excellent job! We are very happy with our new carpeting! I’m sending my Niece and her Husband to him. Thank you Bob!
