Dear Pete:
Thank you so much for shepherding us into the new IM C6000. The UI is so much faster and is less complicated too. Those factors make the IM C6000 much easier to use.

Also, thanks to KDI for being our office automation partner and to you for being a true professional Account Manager.

It is the small things that you do that matter most to CFAR: keeping us up on newest trends, stopping by the office to see how we are doing even though our lease is not up for renewal and inviting us to the demo/showroom to take a look at what is coming next.

Our company uses KDI for all of our large printer needs (leases, maintenance, supplies). Nancy Staub is our account rep and she provides excellent customer support. She is extremely responsive, very friendly and quick to address any issues that may arise. She monitors all open tasks related to on-site tech visits and supply orders to ensure everything is being done in a timely, efficient manner. Nancy has exceeded our expectations and made printer management an easy process.

Mitchell Dean has been phenomenal in helping us try and keep our printer up and running the past week. We have had a tech here 4 times now, 3 different parts replaced so far, more are on order, and every time I email him, he is VERY quick to answer and resolve the issue. Even when it really did not pertain to him, I asked him about our security password and he was able to find it for us because our IT guy was on vacation. If he had not helped us the tech was going to wipe out the memory of the printer leaving us unable to use fax, scan, and who knows what else until someone from corporate could have made arrangements to get here to re-download all our information to it. I just felt he deserves a pat on the back.

Thank you and Rob Orsimarsi for the diligent hard work being done for our account. Servicing nonprofit agency's poses many constraints and I am glad that you have been there by our side. As we both grow and cultivate the relationship there are going to be challenges. As long as we address them and come to an agreement there should not be any issues. Rob continues to go above and beyond for this agency and in my opinion should be Employee of the Month, Man of the Year or whatever designation your company equals to. He is an amazing man not just a rep. He personally contributes to the community and our agency. You both have stepped up and done wonders for this account. Keep it up because I sure can use vendors of your caliber.

Won’t be using them ever again when our copier lease was up. Takes months to get anything resolved. I notified my rep when our copier was having problems printing in color. He put a ticket into his tech department and I was emailed a copy of the ticket which read “color f—ked up” no censor on email. How professional.

KDI customer service is without equal! The staff (especially Nancy Staub) is professional, knowledgeable and will do everything within their power to ensure their customer's satisfaction!

I "traded in" my copier to KDI. The copier was to be returned and the balance paid off. It's been 10 months and the copier has not been returned and the balance was not paid off.
I would never trade in a copier again.

Awful service. Promises to monitor our printers have resulted in constantly running out of toner, weekly printer breakdowns and excuses of their servers being in Brazil thus requiring vulnerable firewall adjustments in a HPAA environment.

Their sales reps will help you choose the right solution to fit your business needs while offering suggested ideas for projected growth. Their technicians are professional and courteous, not to mention knowledgable. I would surely recommend KDI to anyone needing a business machine or document solution.

This company is absolutely the worst in customer service. They are the most unprofessional company EVER and they lie constantly! I leased a copier and had a service contract with them and they NEVER explained the details of the lease. They sell, sell, sell and that's it. Once you need service or need toner it's such a hassle to get what you need. Stay away!
