0 stars for this place they put to much pressure on my arm which cause me to faint, an black out. I drank penalty of water an ate, then this old lady worrying about what I ate like she feeding me, you old hag don’t worry about what I ate just know I did eat, I never fainted in no other plasma place, an here I did twice from the tight pressure they put on my arm, that old lady tried to embarrass me so everybody can laugh at me for fainting, An they post to switch arms if the other arm not working…I’m never goin back here they need to fired that old hag….

Long story short, Charlie is very rude to people and she lies saying that people are giving her s…. T when the truth is she is the one that speaks very rude to people.if people don’t come there because of her, she will be out of a job, so her boss needs to put her azz in check.

Came here based on a conversation with a doctor friend.
2 incidents: one when I lost blood, other with excessive bruising.
Personnel seemed friendly and place clean but I am now worried for my health so not able to continue with donations.

Went in as a new donor and got turned away cause I have a medical marijuana card which shouldn't matter since it doesn't disqualify you from donating according to federal guidelines! What a joke!

Zero stars some fat Spanish lady with bug eyes discrimated against me due to scars on my knuckles accusing me of shooting heroin which of never done. Literally disgusting if you have a contact number to report her please comment it. So disgusted by this experience.

Never any bad days there. Always kind and makes sure you are cared for properly and precisely

I'm always in and out of this place and I don't get bruised at all they are very good at their job, the only bad thing I can see is that the prices of donating keep dropping sadly.

Not only is this place fairly inconsistent. Ive been told multiple things differently and their policies change but never change, the pay is terrible and is on a downward trend, and they never know whats going on with said donation pay

No professionalism. When they changed from Kedplasma to Grifols everything was sweet. Cooperate was in the building and everyone was so friendly. As soon as you walked in they greated you. That lasted a month. Now they don't even say hello when you walk in. They laugh, gossip and hang out behind the counter. Quick to tell you to come back tomorrow. Quick to lock the door at 5: 55 even. Seen it done. Crazy they email you to tell you don't forget to come donate. When you get here you have to deal with nasty attitudes. People who are new and don't know their job. Ashame, because there are a few people here who actually do a good job and know how to do their job. The point is no one holds them accountable. Also, they forget the reason they are here. To Do Their Job!

Workers are very unprofessional and rude, they had me sit in the office for an hour to then dismiss me because I did not take my snack bag in the bathroom with me and the woman proceeded to tell me I had to leave because I was 107 pounds when they did not tell me I had to be a certain amount of pounds.

I filled out my paperwork, showed two people my ssn, proof of address, and proof of ID, did fingerprinting, got a picture taken and then after all of that I couldn't donate because they took ten seconds to try searching for a vein. I drank 4 bottles of water the day of and 5 bottles of water the night before. I told them I have hard to find veins and I know it is able to be done because I have blood work done pretty much monthly so I know my veins can be found. This is the second place I tried because the first place I tried was closed. It is utterly ridiculous that after all of that I couldn't donate. Don't bother going, if you have hard to find veins they will give up after a few seconds and not even put in the effort. I drank so much water.water is not the issue. I also watched what I ate and ate only iron rich and protein foods. I was so careful and read everything I could about plasma donation but because one worker didn't want to put in the effort I couldn't donate. Ridiculous.

If I can give a review with no stars I would say their probably the lowest ranked in plasma centers everybody got attitude for no reason nobody ever at the counter they turn a 2 hour process 2 a 6 hour process I never got stuck there because I watched a girl sticking multiple people without changing her gloves while I was in the chair and get up in left after I wasted a whole day

3 Hours Waiting Bad Experience, The Lady's are Joking Around, This is Not Professional, am go to OctaPharma or CSL PLASMA because this people are Playing Around

This place is an absolute joke! The girls there are young and incompetent! My experience was horrible. They make you jump through hoops. Only in the end to botch up your injection site and then tell you they can't finish the process. So you wasted 2 to 3 hours and don't even get compensated because they can't finish the process! The girl couldn't find a vein and would not even bother to bring someone else over to check. I know there is difficulty in locating my veins but if you know what you're doing there is not an issue. So instead of putting her pride aside she decided to jam it in my arm then move it around only for it not to work out in the end. They told me it was my fault that I had not drank enough water. I came back 4 days later and they made more excuses. Now they had no problem finding a vein because they got somebody could actually do their job. Now it was an issue because I had a mark on my arm which they said was bruising which if anything came from them. The so-called bruise was slight discoloration on my arm. No tenderness. It was not sore either. Nor was it purple or green. They said they had to get it cleared by medical. I also think if it isn't an issue for me it should not have been a problem for them. They did not even get it cleared. They just said no come back again for a third time! It is not easy to get there and people are coming there because they need the extra cash to begin with. If they would have done their job right from the beginning there would have never been a mark!

Went in as a 1st time donor with 2 of my friends, they got us threw in a reasonable amount of time. The new donor process is long but understandable. They could use some signage for new donors coming in on what to do as no one was at the front counter, perhaps a bell to alert them someone is at the counter who isn't a return donor.
The donation process was smooth, Nic was wonderful and as well as the other staff walking around checking on donors.

Most of the staff are really nice to the donors. Although they’re nice, a majority of the staff cannot use a needle to save their life! This place should not be open if they don’t have experienced phlebotomist staffed there. Charli is EXTREMELY rude, talks down to people, walks around with a chip on her shoulder, and thinks she’s untouchable. Charli should have been fired a LONG time ago! The staff can definitely cut back on personal conversations that are slowing down hooking and unhooking people. It can be very unprofessional when donors can hear staff loudly complain about other staff as well as donors. Alex needs to reevaluate his staff and make a few cuts.

I was singled out by the assistant manager on 11/24/21 at 5: 45pm who claimed I was smoking a bowl/joint in my car before coming in to donate. This location has singled me out on more than one occasion. I feel that the small miniscule piece of athority these employees have is going to their heads. I feel bad for the recipients who need the plasma because due to the actions of the assistant manager I will no longer be donating but rather contacting their corporate office and an attorney.

They need to tell they're donors a little bit more information I love the place but I came on a different day and it was going to be the only day of the week and I couldn't donate because a computer wouldn't let me. I haven't been there for 4 days since last week and now I come all the way from where I live to hear that I can't donate today. I didn't know you had two special days that you could only come in a week. Not right at all. I'm not happy at all.
