Keelan Dental, Butler PA

My husband is Rodney, but I was the patient. On Nov. 2 - I went to Dr. Keelan's office for an exam, X-rays, cleaning, etc. I was told I had several teeth with a problem. One was extensive and complicated. They said I needed to return to see Dr. Keelan for a consultation for a treatment plan and cost. They scheduled me for an appointment 5 weeks later. My husband and I returned to that appointment and the lady who took us to an exam room asked why I was here today. I said I had an appointment with Dr. Keelan for a consultation for a treatment plan and cost associated. She said Dr. Keelan is not here today. No one called me to reschedule or ask if I could see another doctor. After talking to Dr. Andy, we decided to get a second opinion. I felt like I was in a factory. We lived in six states due to my husband's career. So, we saw many doctors and dentists over that time. I will not be returning to this office for any dental care

Could not be happier. Went in with a broken front tooth cap and they went above and beyond to set me up with a temporary and I will have my permanent in the next 4 days.

I love this office. The professional staff made me feel like a patient who actually matters rather than a patient who is used for insurance money.

Always a pleasure to have my dental work preformed. They take the time to explain what will be done and
how it my relate to your last visit. They make sure you have comfortable and updated as they work.

This was my first visit/treatment with Keelan Dental. I have chosen to leave my previous dentist due to challenges I received from previous root canals. I'm so impressed with Keelan Dental. It's obvious, their number one focus is the patient. Every aspect of the procedure was explained in great detail. I had an old filling/crown replaced. The technology they use is incredible. The service performed by the entire team was very satifying and the results were incredible. Typically, I had to wait for another appointment while tolerating a temporary crown. Not at Keelan. The whole procedure was done the same day, including the crown that fit perfectly. Going to the dentist has never been a "joy" for me. However, this visit was very pleasurable, all due to the attentive staff and their focus on patient care and the specialized technology.

Dr. Keelan and entire staff very professional and friendly. Mandy did an outstanding job of explaining an involved procedure and then executing it.
