Pick uP here 3 times this week, an average of 2-3 hours low-boy oversize, which is pretty good btw.

Very unorganized facility. We have shown up three times for three different loads in the last four months and they did not have the product there. Impossible to get them on the phone as well. If you book a load picking up at Keen, you are tossing the dice for whether you will make any money that day or sit there for hours only not to get loaded.

Guys who load you are nice and the lady in the guard shack who checks you in is super nice and helpful. Only 6.5 hours to load here. A wheel loader a bucket, forks, and a quick coupler. ‍️the guys in the wash bay went to lunch when I pulled into it. You would think they would have them on a rotating lunch schedule so they could keep outbound trucks moving. You can arrive at 7 am and check in at the guard shack. Park off to the right and walk to it. Make sure you have a high visibility vest on or they won’t check you in.

Great place to work. Many of the drivers and employees have worked for this company for years. The folks I have spoken to say it's a great heavy haul company.

Better ask about all of their arbitrary rules before you show up. I they want to be lazy and not load you, they find some excuse not to and then blame even if you 1 min late

Easy place to get loaded or unloaded at the workers are very professional most definitely wouldn't mind getting loaded there again

Rude staff place was so busy you have no where to park keep getting told to move your truck here or there then they make you move again horrible place and slow avoid them

I've been hauling out of Keen yards for over a decade and showed up one day to load an over width load and was told they need outriggers on any over width load. Rules been in place for 20 yrs they said.
Funny how I just heard about it after hauling OD freight for the past 10 yrs outta these locations.

! WARNING! DO NOT wash you're truck before coming here. The amount of stone dust is beyond excessive. Might even need a new cabin filter afterwards. If you are tight on time, get use to it. The process at best takes approximately an hour if you are the first truck. Most of the time is spent washing the stupid machine off. No point, as soon as you pull out, BAM dust again. Lastly, you sit and wait approx 10-15 additional minutes for them to come check-out the machine, stamp it and give you the paperwork. All in all, you just spend two hours for something simple. Enjoy!

Fast loading time and nice people. Less then an hour from getting in till getting out with a wheel loader. Legal load of course!
