Ordered water from Keith. Was to be delivered on Monday never showed up. Filled the pool with hose. 2 months later got a bill for $100 for water I never received. Now if I don't pay it. I get a hit against my credit. In Keith's eyes customer is never right. Only their employees! STAY AWAY!

Dropped and dragged my hydraulic pump on the highway, called around and no one had one. Called Keith's and the owner said "I have a pallet of them". Went down to get one, wasn't quite the same model but he located the correct model for me and had it drop shipped to my shop within 2 days. Great people with helpful pleasant attitudes, not too often you can say that anymore. Thanks!

We called Keith's Truck Service for the bulk water hauling side of the company. They delivered water for our swimming pool in a timely fashion, and it was very clear!

Bought a brand new 2021 f250 with an upfit Keith's did. Have had nothing but electrical issues caused by the unfit body work. Dealership fighting with Keith's for payment, while I'm without my truck that I paid nearly $80,000 for. Never recommend Keith's, they won't stand behind their work. Customer service means nothing!

Super thanks to everyone. We had a trailer that needed welding repair on the suspension. On the road and wanted to get back to Wisconsin same day. I dropped the trailer and Lauren made it happen. Great repair and saved our trip. Terrific experience from beginning to end. I needed a friendly voice when I called and we got it.

I just think this is so ignorant and if i could this place a 0 i would why would you have a sticker in the back of your truck i would never do business with you at all

This place is horrible. Never ever return your call nor do they have the motivation to help you. Ended up having to constantly bug them by phone but mostly in person which is the only way to get any kind of answers which were mostly vague answers at best. All I needed was to purchase a used plow and install it on my truck. We even agreed on a price. Bugged them for six weeks and every time I would try to schedule it, they would say call back in a week. Would never get a solid answer. Complete waste of time. Ended up taking my truck somewhere else. Will never ever deal with them again! Do not waste your time with them! They don't even deserve 1 star.

Spent almost $5000 on a new plow. Got my truck back and the hood was all scratched up and right below where the solenoid was installed the radiator was cracked and i had a leak that wasn't there before. Loren the owner was rude and seemed to have better things to do when I tried to ask him about these problems. Great place to take your stuff for 20 year old kids to work on.
