Sales and service team are phenomenal… however, my truck wouldn’t start within 90 days of purchase. It was throwing a code but turned out to be a bad battery. Got charged $400 to replace a bad battery. Would love to give a higher review but I shouldn’t have to pay for a battery within 90 days of spending almost $40k on a vehicle

Would recommend to anyone looking for a car. Every one there is extremely friendly and willing to help. My sales person Steve was excellent always helping and respectful. When I picked up my car it was clean and perfect I couldn’t have expected or wanted a better experience than I had here if anyone ever needs a car this is the place to go and ask for Steve he’ll do everything he can and then some to make sure your happy and satisfied with your experience.

They lost my business today. I’ve been a customer for 5 years and have enjoyed taking my vehicle here, but not anymore. They are now charging a 3% fee if you use a credit card to pay. For a business that’s been around for over 100 years, you think they could find other ways to save money. I just wanted everyone to know before you take your vehicle here and be surprised like I was today. I’m now using Lancaster Dodge Ram for all of my service needs.
