You will not find a better real estate agent team than James and Jameson! They are both so knowledgeable, helpful, on point with recommendations and they got us in our new home in less than a month! Christian Lezzer was the selling agent for the sellers to the home we were buying.
He can't write a contract to save his life.
There were so many errors that caused issues down the line for both sides (Sellers and buyers)
After a constant struggle wondering where he is or if he will call back, we still had to do everything ourselves.
I was forced to call the sellers myself because Lezzer was too busy with sitting on his hands to help the
selling of the house. Because of his constant screw ups during the process,
after everything was final with the purchase of the house, we were notified that the properties we bought,
were not put in correctly with the tax assessors office. In fact, the parcel numbers were not even close to
the actual numbers. We had to come out of pocket to get the properties put in our names after months of believing that everything was taken care of properly.
Would I recommend Christian Lezzer? Absolutely not. Lezzer, you are lucky that you have a competent team
of people behind you, fixing your mistakes.

Christian Lezzer, maybe you should find a job more fitting to your experience. I hear McDonalds is hiring.
