Jeff is the man! While I was out of town for work Jeff had everything ready to go! His new ideas and techniques to get the house sold in 3 days with 7.5% over the original asking price, and he got a buyer with all cash. From when I first contacted him for the sale of the house until I had the actual cash in my hand was just about 3 weeks. One week of that was my issue since I had him waiting on me.
