Martin Rodriguez with Keller Willaims Philly is a person who cannot be trusted to represent your interest as a seller or buyer. He attempted to get me to sell a property without the supporting comps at $143,000 under the current listed price through another agent. He has attempted to sabotage the sale of the property by telling someone who we referred to him while he was the listing agent and contacted him in error, that the property was overpriced and in bad shape. The person who he told that has told another person. We are looking into a legal recourse based on his actions. He is not a knowledgeable trustworthy person and I highly suggest you avoid this type of person to sell or buy your valued asset.

The best part of the experience was Martin going through every detail of the house and he pinpointed everything that I like. He got us everything that we needed. I would recommend him to anyone in my family any day, all day, everyday. (as I already have) And also to add, he was very patient with us and accommodating.for us to be first time homeowners, Martin made it easy, understandable and exciting.
