3I have been calling for almost 2 weeks. I get the voicemail, leave messages (so far 4 or 5 of them) and haven’t heard anything back. I had to call my general physician to get a prescription sent in to be filled. How is that acceptable? The phone is never answered and they return no calls. First experience needing the office since my visit and zero help. Super disappointed.
I’ve seen dr. Loftis for years. She is the best of the best. She has helped me with several pregnancies and has managed my thyroid medicine perfectly.
Called the office on Monday the girl said they electronically will send script. I go to labcorp and waited 30 minutes before they call me up to tell me it was not sent. I call the office and they said will send right away waited 15 more minutes and still not sent so I left and will find a new Doctor.
