Very satisfied with my experience at Kelly Automotive. Want to add a special mention to Herson from Kelly's best dealer we had so far every accommodating and reasonable. Very easy to talk to and helped made the process easier. Great place with good cars with reasonable prices and great services after the fact. Definitely see myself coming back for any future cars. Definitely would recommend anyone looking for a car to start here at Kelly's automotive and feel free to mention Francisco Figuereo pointed you in there direction.

Buying a vehicle can be a hassle, if you are at the wrong dealership. This process was both easy and even fun. Rick Zauck came to my attention via a reference. I highly recommend him now myself. The entire staff from the Sales Manager Patrick, to the Finance Department Head Cliff, was a pleasure to be around.

Unfortunately because I was in an accident I had to deal with the collision part of this group but Thank You to Miguel for making this a very smooth and quick recovery to my car. He kept me informed on everything that was going on. I couldn’t of ask for it to go any smoother than it did and that was all because of Miguel. Thank you again Miguel for doing such a fantastic job. My car looks great like nothing ever happened so I also give props to the collision experts who worked in my car. Thank you

Eric took his time and got me a brand new 2023 jeep Cherokee. He was very helpful and patient through the whole process. Very cool guy to just chat with in the mean time of the process and Robert was excellent with helping with make the numbers right and with what works in our price range! Very friendly staff and will be returning in the future

My experience here has been incredible! Doug Marinos was our salesman and he made trading my car and buying something new so fast and easy. Doug understood and was empathetic about my needs. He showed me all my options that fit my specifications and allowed me to make my choice. He's incredibly knowledgeable of the vehicles they sell and service on the lot. I feel confident driving my jeep and most of all, I feel safe. I couldn't be more happy in my hot mom car!

Used Car Purchase, March 2023.
Pros- salesman polite and knowledgeable, they offered coffee/tea/water, service dept was fast on repairs
Cons- CPO/OEM Certified vehicle still had a major oil leak despite being ready for sale that was found during my own inspection with a L1 Master Tech, condensation in tail lights, low brake pads, filthy interior and reeked of cigarette smoke. Getting the oil leak fixed was a dramatic back and forth before purchase during which they said I should probably just look at another car. GM agreed to fix, so we moved forward. Was told they could not come down on the price because now they had to fix it, as if that is the customer’s fault? Hard fight to negotiate less than $250 off the price of the vehicle. I chose not to even push the tail light and brake issue. Requested the car be detailed and aired out. Car was bombed but not aired out so the chemical smell was overwhelming. Mgmt said they personally inspected the cleaning of the vehicle and they made sure it was perfect - it was still filthy and it was missing a floor mat. A simple magic eraser removed most of the dirt- they didn’t even try.
Communication with multiple parties was delayed or nonexistent. Finance mgr was over an hour late for our scheduled appt. Customers have to walk across 4 lanes of highway to the cashier to complete the purchase. No one in the department can make a decision or a move without calling a manager who calls a GM who calls another manager and so on…
I’ve since noticed additional issues with the vehicle that I hesitate to even take it back to Kelly for repairs despite the limited CPO warranty.
What should have been an exciting day was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Take caution buying a car here- do your homework, get a pre-purchase inspection rather than trusting their 125 point inspection, and be prepared to spend 6-8 hours of your life trying to work through the process. Or just avoid the nightmare altogether.

I recently leased my new vehicle with this dealership. I've been a customer since 2011 and Anthony Jayetileke has been my salesperson since day one. There is never any pressure to buy. He is very professional and takes his time to explain everything throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this car dealership and make sure to ask for Anthony.

Niki was great - I was looking for a Toyota Sequoia and had a firm set price for my trade in etc …no pressure sales and her attention to detail as far as paperwork was really appreciated…very professional and helpful!

I will definitely recommend her if you are looking for a car / truck
