My wife and I ventured out to the Auto Mile on Black Friday looking to upgrade to a new SUV. Kelly Jeep was our first stop where we were promptly and kindly greeted by Curtis. We immediately fell in love with our new 2021 Grand Cherokee L, which was the easy part.

When we didn't think numbers would work out, the sales manager, Nick, stepped up in a big way, and did everything he could do to ensure we left there with the best deal possible.

We made stops at two other dealerships; neither of which could come close to the quality of customer service or willingness to negotiate.

We returned to Kelly Jeep a few hours later, signed the paperwork and drove our new Jeep home that evening.

As with any car buying experience, there can be hiccups in the process, and while we experienced a few, Curtis kept things moving to the best of his ability and kept us updated. We're thankful for Curtis and Nick's assistance in making this endeavor fairly stress-free.

When the Jeep came in he was very quick to get it ready and John had all my paperwork prepared to sign. Rob the sales manager and Jarrett both followed up with me to make sure I was happy. 3 hour wait for inspection and oil change and I don’t think they did my oil change no sticker was placed on the windshield and the maintenance minder was not reset. Not sure if I would return

The service department needs to communicate with each other as well as third party warranty companies. I was quoted one price but once the warranty company was picking up tab the price dropped and and the bill was still more then it should have been. Lesson learned

He was very easy to work with and went out of his way to help us with the purchase. Even though we knew what he wanted, Tony spent time to show us all the new features on the Pacifica as well as a number of little know features of the van. He was very relaxed and there was no pressure to sell the car. Tony understood what we wanted steered us through the process effortlessly. We never felt rushed with him or that we were 'just another sale'. This is our second car purchase from Kelly Jeep in 2 years and both times the purchase has been smooth and effortless. Communication was timely and we were kept informed all along the way.
