We recently sold our home in Camp Hill, and we cannot say nearly enough about how AMAZING Kelly was in getting our house sold (and for the best possible price). From the very beginning of the process, she was extremely courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about what needed to happen to get the house sold quickly. Whenever we had questions, she would respond within minutes, as if she was just waiting by her phone to take our calls or texts (which she probably was, since we were her most important client.at least that is how it felt).

All the way through closing, Kelly was on top of everything, making sure that every detail was covered and ready to go. We had no worries about whether we would be prepare for the final sale, and any worries that did come up, she showed empathy and helped reassure us that it was all ok.

Kelly was the first Realtor to respond to my email/phone message requesting information to sell my home. Kelly continued to respond quickly and thoroughly in emails and phone calls throughout the selling process.

She and her husband even took their personal leaf blower and shop vac to clean up paint chips from outside painting which was required at the last hours before closing for an FHA regulation.

The closing process could have taken a few more extra weeks than expected, but Kelly kept things moving even during this pandemic and the Christmas Holidays along with her own family’s personal time and efforts.
