18 I bought my car on May 29th 2023. The sales guy - Andy was great to me. He was laid back and not pushy which I appreciate.
Everything else hasn't been great, at all.
All I wanted was a nicer, newer car. I purchased a 2020 Ford EcoSport with about 16,000-ish miles on it. My wife and I like to travel for vacations so I wanted something newer and reliable. That, so far is probably the furthest from what I got. The day after I bought it I had a check engine light come on. Ok, no big deal - stuff happens. Today is June 26th (not even a month so far) and I just scheduled my 3rd service appt for my 3rd check engine light. Each time so far it has been something new that is broken - not just the same thing.
I am so upset and so disappointed. I feel like I was scammed and I can't do anything about it. I haven't even driven it much. I work at home and drive maybe 10 miles per week and have only taken it on one longer distances since my purchase. I do not run my cars into the ground.
I work so hard for my money and was so excited that I could afford it and now I am regretting every decision to buy it. The one service women has been very nice to me, since I have been back twice in less then a month but I spoke to someone different today, scheduling my 3rd visit and tried to express my frustration and she basically just cut me off and didn't show any acknowledgement.
Apparently the " Blue Certification" thing means nothing. Just beware. I certainly will never ever buy another car here which is a shame since it was a good experience at first but now I feel like I am stuck with a hunk of junk and am being dismissed, like my concerns and frustration does not matter.
We had a great experience at Ken Pollock Ford! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and accommodated our every need. They even let our dogs come inside while we did our paperwork. I’d buy here again!

I may be a little bias as I work for the company, but I can't deny the service that I got from my salesman Jeff. He has sold me multiple vehicles now and one to my family and wouldn't ask for anyone better. I love the Jeep that I bought, everyone took great care of me throughout the purchasing process. This dealership is not only great to work for but is a fantastic place to buy a used or new vehicle.
They gave us a run around on a car, telling us it was available. We had a date set up so we could buy the car. It wasn’t until about a day or two after this they told us that it was pending. It was super unprofessional. And I will not be looking into this place anymore. This has complicated our personal situation. Hopefully they can keep up on their inventory and not give more people run arounds. Very disappointed. Avoid this place if you want professional service.

I had the best experience with EVERYONE at Ken Pollock Ford and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy a new car. Unlike places I’ve been to in the past when looking to purchase a new car, I not once at anytime felt pressured. They truly go above and beyond for their customers, and for that I am so appreciative. I noticed they work as a team when it comes to helping their customers. You don’t really see that anymore. It shows how much they appreciated by business and how they valued one another’s opinion. I would love to rate 5star but based primarily on the fact that o bought a truck with 5,700 miles and I have an appointment with sensor lights coming on it’s a 1 star review. Made no attempt at making it right besides making the appointment. Pretty bad when within 24 hrs you have a service appointment to fix the vehicle you just bought to be reliable.
Edit: talked to “a head Hancho” and they stated that they would love to fix it because they get paid for it” that’s just awesome they they get paid for me buying the truck and get paid for me taking the truck to them to fix it within 24 hrs while I have to go out of my way to be able to hit the brakes with out an alarm going off. P.o. S. Business, stay away from.
Edit: coincidence that this happened, this don’t just happen within minutes of me pulling out of parking lot. This was known and they let it go to get the business.

Murad and his team professionally and efficiently handled a warranty claim for my F250. I can go anywhere but choose to make the 75 mile trip to Ken Pollock Ford!
I waited for a part for over 3 months from Ford for a recall that left the car unusable. Pollock service dept had approval from Ford to get me a rental and had it set up for me in one day. They took care of everything until my car was repaired. Great service and always a positive experience from Ed and the department.
From sales and finance through management, everyone I met & dealt with made my buying experience a positive one. Beyond happy with my new Bronco!
