Excellent customer service with follow up calls to make sure everything is ok. I highly recommend Ken Pollack Nissan if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
Stop to use the electric fast charger that is offered in their parking lot through a third party vendor. It was working incorrectly and two employees went out of their way to spend time at least 20 minutes getting the company on the phone and getting this charger up and running. It was a great help because I needed the charge with my electric car. I will be definitely putting this dealership on my list the next time I am looking for the car which is actually going to be fairly soon.
I feel kind of bad because in the past I expressed attitude sometimes because I didn't agree with some diagnosis or processes that you had. But I wish I could take that back because these guys fixed things no other people could and on the first try. I should have respect the fact that they are Nissan experts and I was naive in automobile repair. I take the complicated stuff to your dealership and I take the easy stuff to the other places. I appreciate the amazing work your shop does.
Buy a brand new Frontier and the windshield leaks. Their answer to fixing it is two tries and a bunch of silicone on the windshield. Not good!

Had to do a warranty software update on my Rogue. First time at Ken Pollock’s Service Dept. No problems, no issues, friendly service. The software update took longer than expected but having done a Hyundai software update myself I know the problems with these types of updates.
