Corey helped us with a purchase of a 2022 Volvo s60. He was knowledgeable and personable and he didn't put any pressure on us. He made it very easy and we're glad we shopped there. We'll be back for sure.

We have a 2016 XC70 cross country that start using an excessive amount of oil. Other than the oil consumption problem the car is in excellent condition and my wife loves the car. With the help of the service team Volvo rebuilt the engine at no cost to us. Kudos to Volvo and the service team at Ken Pollock Volvo.

Eric was such a big help throughout the entire process. My husband had to return back to work after we realized that the car we intended to purchase was to small for our family. This left me with two little kids and high anxiety trying to find something else lol. Eric was great with the boys and never pushed or tried to get us into anything other than what we wanted. He heard what we said and I didn’t feel pressured to buy right then. My older son said Eric is his new best buddy and because I was able to focus on the cars we were looking at while Keegan talked Eric’s ear off we were able to pick a vehicle that same day!

Top Recommendation for Jonathon Williams! He knows the models & listens to the customer to find the right fit. Importantly, he follows up with the small details. Then after the sale he keeps in touch to make sure I'm happy with the car (as well as the service the dealership is providing).

Purchased an XC-90 a week ago at Ken Pollack. Very pleased with Jose's customer service. He answered all our questions and worked through a few hold ups. The dealership worked with us to hold the car longer than expected, and on pick up day Jose made sure we understood all the bells and whistles in our new SUV. Follow-up service has also been nice: checking in to see if we have any new questions about the vehicle since driving it off the lot.

Salesman Eric P.is a good salesman and provided good service! While we were looking for car last week. He provided good information we asked. After I purchased the car few days later, I had a few questions about the car I bought and he responded right away with knowledgeable information. I also needed a new car key and he immediately arranged a date that I could go get it. Great service! Oh.the best part was Eric wasn’t pushy like others. And Derick in Financing is great!
