Display in particular is ridiculous to check in and to check out first you have to wait outside on the street after you check in with the guard so that this particular company can contact your company or the broker to verify that you're coming to pick up a load whereas they should know you're coming to pick up a load anyway But whatever. When you finally get into a dock door You wait approximately about 2 and a 1/2 hours in my experience to get loaded underway after you get the green light that the loading finishes then you have to wait another almost 2 hours In my experience to get your paperwork. Just 2 days ago I arrived at this place at 11: 48 AM and I left at approximately 3: 48 PM luckily I had plenty of driving time left on my clock so I was able to make it to a truck stop And go off duty I already informed my dispatch that I will never go back to this place to pick up again

Appointment for 13: 40 arrive at 13: 30 check in at gate they tike my phone number and 4hrs later I still have not received a call and not docked whit 4 drivers behind me smh and delivery is do at Warminster pa at 8 am and I can't even reset for me to make it half way

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews on this place. I didn’t have a problem here my load time was including paperwork was almost exactly 2 hours the guards were nice and the office too.

Says 24 hours Friday or they say 7 pm then lock the gates at 5 pm wish they stick to a schedule other than the weekend this place is amazing

This is the worst place that I have ever been to pick up a load. It took them 4 hours To load me maybe more and it's Took almost 2 hours to give me the paperwork.

*SEMITRUCK*: "UPDATE" I think they are taking more product that they can handle, so that's the reason for the wait times. No overnight parking, if you park on street you may get a ticket by the police, but no where else to park nearby, also nearest scale to balance your weight is like 40 miles away.

This is one of the places that you do want to return either for a pick up or delivery. I have nothing but good things to say about the place and the people that work in there.
The personnel is very understanding, and will treat you with respect. In and out in very reasonable time.

Not bad I arrived at 11 for a 10a appointment was given a door right away.was loaded and gone by 1: 15.overall not too bad don’t believe the negative

My appt. Was 12 pm showed up a few hours early, guard was so nice! Told me I may not get a door right Away but I did. I only waited about 20 mins. And they unloaded me extremely fast. No complaints whatsoever.

I was nervous because of the other driver reviews and they didn't disappoint. First, let me say the security lady was nice and professional. I got a door (18: 40 appointment / arrived at 18: 15) immediately and they started loading. Got a green light within 30 minutes, then this is when things went south. 30 minutes after the green light I'm waiting for the phone call to get bills. It wasnt until well over an hour later did I get a call. What do they do chisel the bill with a hammer on a stone tablet?
