Today is our first trip out for the Summer. When we arrived at our camp site and proceeded to set up, our slide would not go out. We tried everything and thought we might have to cancel our trip and go home. Instead, we reached out to Kennedy. To our surprise they told us to bring it right over and they would pull someone to help us out. Bob diagnosed our problem, fixed our issue and sent us on our way. We could not be more grateful. This place is AMAZING!
