4This was our first visit to Dr. Kearns he was so friendly and knowledgeable! Made us feel very comfortable explained everything he was going to be doing so there were no surprises.will definitely be referring him to friends and family!
Dr. Kearns and the entire staff, are extremely accommodating. Always a smile. This was true from the first appointment, then at The Surgery, through my rehabilitation, and now, with all of the Post Surgical follow ups. Would not hesitate to recommend them, to anyone, seeking help with shoulder injuries.
Dr. Kearns is a friendly doctor and efficient with time. However it didn’t seem like he cared much and our meeting was very rushed - less than 5 minute meeting and no time was allotted for me to ask questions. I spent 2.5 hours between driving and wait time and I had to push to get two questions in and that was all I got. This made me feel unimportant and like my injury didn’t matter. My injury is not severe; however, it is interfering with my recreational activities and bothers me on a daily basis. I will start the physical therapy on the handout Dr. Kearns gave me and if that does not help, I will likely go elsewhere.
Highly recommend! Dr Kenneth K has a wonderful disposition and gives you an honest detailed assessment of your issue. He's not scalpel happy and he is here to help you the best way he can that fits your needs!
