I reached out to Kent’s and they were at my house the next day to give a free estimate. They came out a week later and removed 4 trees, one of which was 2 feet from our deck. They did a great job.

- Working with Bob and his team was one of the - if not THE - most outstanding relationships I've had with a service provider. I had a bit of a crisis on hand with 2 trees coming down within a week of each other and the potential for the next tree to fall right on our home.
- Bob was responsive, caring, communicative. He recognized the potential for more damage and the worrisome nature of our situation and responded more swiftly than I've experienced working with a service provider. He was able to shift his schedule and be out within a day to clear 15 of 16 trees in my yard.
- His team's work was outstanding and respectful of our property. During and after the work, all was made as neat as possible.
- Although my family is missing having our trees, we are also grateful for how nice Bob's team made our backyard look in cleaning up.
- I also found Bob's pricing to be reasonable and fair. He did additional work on removing a large cherry tree and that incremental fee was very fair as well.
- Bob liaised with other service providers for me and it made the end to end experience so much easier.

Bob of Kent’s Tree Service responded promptly by calling, texting and on-site visit. I was concerned about heavy machinery (including crane) crossing the underground water line at the front yard. Bob did a good job setting up the plan for the crew, and reassured me. Bob and the crew showed up on time, did a wonderful job removing 5 large tall trees near the power line or the house, and trimming down 2 more trees. They did a good job cleaning up my driveway and yard too. Two families in my neighborhood hired Kent’s in about a week, and the third family is in talk to hire them next. All thru the words of mouth.

Five star service - everything you look for when trying to find a good company. Great communication, responsiveness, professionalism, fair price. There were a few spots where the roots were still a problem, they came right back out and fixed it. So they stand by their work too. Easy to recommend.

Kent's Tree Service did a fantastic job cutting down two huge trees and removing the stumps. This was not an easy task because it had to be coordinated with PECO. They were very professional and did not stop until the job was done. Great crew and great owner (Bob). I highly recommend them and will continue to use them as my tree removal service in the future.

I highly recommend Kent’s Tree Service. They were so professional on a lot of different levels. First they returned my phone call quite quickly. No waiting for days for a return call like most contractors. They came out very quickly and did a great job. They never complained when we asked for them to do more. All were polite and respectful and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. The price was very reasonable as well. We will definitely be using them again when the need arises.
