This place is horrible! I called on a rainy day and told them I would be alil late and they disregarded my 15min grace.when I got there turned me down for my apt. I then called the next day for apt & they wouldn’t reschedule me and kept trying to give me teledoc every time I called for weeks when I knew something was wrong with me and teledoc is not what I needed. I was forced to go to urgent care and ER trying to figure out my health issue in which I eventually did. Long story short I could have died all because they wouldn’t let me see a doctor.

The office itself is clean and somewhat comfortable, staff is professional, and courteous. Now the doctor, there are several, but I’m only talking about one, His name is Dr. Patel, he doesn’t listen, so be prepared to be rushed out of the office because he rushes all of his patients. Therefore, he does not listen. I asked for maybe six of his patients how they felt about him and they told me the same exact thing because I thought maybe it could’ve been just me but it wasn’t and it’s not. You’ll need to go through to people if you need a refill on any of your medication’s it is like pulling teeth to get a refill on a prescription. If you are sick, he doesn’t call back unless you make a big fuss about it it’s like pulling teeth literally getting him to refill medication and call you back if you’re not feeling good and you can’t make it into the office.
If you walk into the office because you cannot get a hold of him on the phone because, like I said, it’s like pulling teeth, he will not see you he won’t take the time to see you.
Just like buyer beware, looking for doctor beware.
