Key-Aid Ace Hardware, Ephrata PA

I needed a pipe joint for my kitchen sink. I'm not too savvy with plumbing but the gentlemen were very helpful with helping me find the proper piece and the lady at checkout was super friendly too.

Very nice hardware store.has pretty mush what ever you need! They carry a extensive line of Dr.squatch soap products! Also a nice grilling section with Traeger grills and supplies.

Nice store, the associates were very helpful. And it carries the STIHL brand which is the closest dealer to our location. Regular sales / promotions make it the place to go to!

This little place is great. As an electrician it's always nice to be able to stop in and get an item in a pinch. Friendly and knowledgeable staff!

The one-star review wasn't a threat, but a promise. This is an evaluation of the store owner's/manager's level of friendliness and professionalism, not their coupon policy. I simply asked the manager/owner to honor a $5.00 coupon that another associate (who I spoke to previously) promised me they would accept when I came in. He couldn't believe I had the audacity to ask them to honor their word, and immediately became defensive/argumentative, which included accusations of "bullying" a local business. If they consider this honest/accurate review "bullying" they should take their business to a snowflake-friendly state like California. Save yourself time and money - do business with other reputable and locally-owned hardware stores, including Ace (just not this location).

The staff were really helpful and I just don't mean me. I can hear other customers being helped. They had what I needed, and I was in and out in 5 mins. Great store, great people

This is my favorite hometown hardware store. They seem to always have everything I need. And I love that I can get the battery for my car remote and have it replaced for no additional charge.

Awesome store. If you haven't check ACE hardware out for yourself it's time you do. Wide array of products too many to list. Today I was shopping for paint which they mixed to the color I wanted and helped me select the paint I needed for the application I was using it. Very helpful and knowledgeable friendly staff. I'm a repeat customer.
