KeyBank, Butler PA

I just seen a YouTube video about you all holding a member's funds due to a fraud investigation. When in fact he was the victim. I guess the Detective and Police reports are not good enough for KeyBank. Suspect you all are about to get a lot more bad press. And it is deserved.

Sure, would be nice if KeyBank did their job and did not treat me like trash when I am a victim of fraud. Never again. I want my money and I am done.

I never had a problem with this bank until this week. Been a customer for almost 8 years. Never had a issue with my accounts. Monday my accounts are held for "fraud review. " I have called KeyBank, left them a detectives information showing I was scammed. KeyBank does not care, will not let me withdraw my own money out of my own account. They have held hostage my money for a "fraud review" All of my bills are due, and I cannot pay them because I cannot have access to my own funds. I am just devastated. If I ever do get my own money, I will be switching banks because this is uncalled for.

This place is terrible. Worst bank I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Its like pulling teeth to get anything done there. I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone. I have never seen an establishment that was ran like such a joke.

Terrible service! I wouldn't go to this bank unless you want to be severely disappointed!

Opened this account online 3 weeks ago and deposited a business check and all I have heard is excuses called to close the account and put the money back in the account it came from because obviously I can't use the account and the branch manager herbert can't even call when he says he's going to twice now he said he would call me and nothing he called my uncle back 10 hours after he called then gave excuses to him and then said everything was fine till I show up yesterday to get money out and it's still not available
