They didn't arrive, they left me waiting and they didn't even call me to cancel and very bad service, I don't recommend them at all, I've never had such a bad experience. I don't even give them one star

The kiosk was expensive, and the first time I used the 9 dollar key, it bent. I will never use one of those kiosks again

Really annoying to use. Why can't I just scan a key and add it to my account? Literally had to try like 3 times to add a key to account and the option did not appear AT ALL, no matter if I was logged in or not, so 19 dollars down the drain for key copies I don't need. Thanks a lot.

He is dishonest and I cannot in stronger words advise you to use someone else.

What was highly unethical was I was given the rate of $140. When the job was done it was suddenly $245. That’s not how it works. He had all kinds of excuses for it that were baloney.

Don't call KeyMe for a locksmith.

The technician's name was Mohammad Alatmah. He did not speak english too well, it was hard to communicate. He didn't give me a price upfront, as your website says. He just started doing the work. He was installing new deadbolts on two of my doors. Didn't seem to have even the most basic parts with him, he didn't even ask what I wanted. He kept leaving and coming back 20 minutes at a time. He tried to install two deadbolt fronts, instead of a latch on the interior of the door. It was like he was just passing off whatever he had. One time when he left, I was tempted to just leave his tool bag outside and call someone else. I should have because when the job was done, He charged me $270, no receipt, invoice, nothing.i asked and he said KeyMe would send one.i asked to pay with a credit card and he refused, I wrote a check because i had no cash. I feel seriously misled by this service and i would say this was the single worst home service experience I've ever had with anyone. And that is saying a lot. Not only did the job take up two hours of my time, I think it only to 10 minutes for him to do the actual work. He had to keep driving back and forth to wherever he keeps his supplies. He may have charged for the extra time that was his fault, I don't know, No invoice and he didn't speak english! So, very hard to communicate. All I know is that I have to vocal about this one, wouldn't use your service again, and I may have to get the work redone. The only good thing I can say about the technician was that he wasn't rude, but he wasn't prepared either. So I don't recommend KeyMe for a locksmith, since this is who they sent me.

We were able to make the keys quickly and almost effortlessly! We received one immediately, but the other 2 were mailed in a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend!
