Updated review. Had issues with shipping and customer service/owner came through almost immediately to resolve the issue. Very happy with our experience and their responsiveness.

This place lives up to the hype. I'm in a group on FB and have read a lot of good things about them from others. After a recent jump in price on the Big Joe III that literally pushed it out of my price range I put a general post up on the page requesting help finding one for the previous price if it existed anywhere in the country. I immediatley received a direct message from David the owner at Keystone (on a Saturday night) and without any negotiation he honored the price before the big increase as well as a free cover ($100) and had it to me in Iowa in 3 days. Then followed up with me to see if I got it and if I was happy with it and if I needed anything else. I'm not super old but I'd consider myself "old school" and I miss customer service like this. Its harder and harder to find and when you do it feels like your getting the royal treatment. I don't know Dave personally, this is a honest review.if there were more stars to give than 5 I would give them to him and Keystone BBQ without hesitation.

I traveled over an hour to get to this store and wow was I impressed by the selection of products. Customer service was great, David took the time to review items I was interested in. This is the Premier BBQ store in the Northeast. I wouldn't have a problem order online, but since I was close enough I decided to visit the store and I'm glad I did and will be back for all my BBQ supplies. Side note: the best charcoal prices I've seen yet.

HUGE shout out to David and crew at Keystone BBQ supply! They were an absolute pleasure to work with and saved me a good bit of cash on my Big Joe III compared to what I would have spent locally. They got my cooker from PA to GA in two days. If you're in the market for a Joe I'd highly recommend giving them a call first.

Great people, Great store and the prices can't be beat! This is the place to go for all of your grilling needs.

Absolutely outstanding service & response time. I ordered a Kamado Joe from a competitor on July 9, and never heard back from them after the order confirmation email. On August 9 I called Keystone BBQ and David was awesome. I told him what I wanted to get and he said he could have it delivered by the weekend. I canceled my first order and re-ordered from Keystone BBQ, and it showed up three days later. I'll buy all my KJ accessories from these guys.

In my circle, we reserve 'I know a guy' status for the best of the best. These are people you confidently recommend to your friends and family. I know a guy in the BBQ business, and his name is David with Keystone BBQ Supply.

I live about 115 miles from Intercourse, PA, but I decided to pick-up my BJ III in person for two reasons. First, I've had some bad experiences with deliveries. I couldn't afford damages or delays because this was a Christmas present. Second, after talking with David on a few occasions, I wanted to meet him in person and check out his shop and surrounding village.

David made arrangements to meet me after his shop closed and we traveled to his home warehouse where he loaded me up and spent some extra time to show me around. The entire area is a destination in itself—what a cool experience! If you are able, make a day trip out of your BBQ buying experience.

If not, rest assured. The Big Joe packaging is as over-engineered as the Big Joe itself. Mine is in perfect condition after a bumpy ride home on the back of my utility trailer.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience doing business with Keystone Barbecue. I purchased a Kamado Big Joe 3 from them and the customer service was incredible. They had the best price that I've been able to find anywhere with shipping included. The owner corresponded with me directly and made sure I had everything I wanted and he had the product shipped across the country to me in 3 days. I will most definitely be checking with this company again before I look anywhere else for my BBQ accessories.

Extremely good experience working with Keystone BBQ Supply!   I ordered a Kamado Big Joe 3 and they had it shipped the same day. Deliver to my doorstep in two day.   That was impressive!   I would definitely recommend Keystone BBQ Supply to my family and friends!

All sizes of Kamado Joe cooker/ grill, Blackstone flat top griddle and all the accessories for both, and real charcoal. It is worth the drive if you are considering purchasing. Fast and friend service.

Keystone has the best customer service. I was looking for a particular accessory for my smoker and they had it in stock. They returned my inquiry message within one hour. I had the product paid for and shipping information within the next half hour. I live in New Mexico and received my accessory without damage from their location in Pennsylvania. A few day later Keystone messaged me to inquire if I had received my accessory in good condition. I have never had a company pay attention to details of an order as they did on my order. I will be shopping with them first for al my barbeque needs. I can hardly wait to see their new website presence. Honest and true service! I could not ask for a better experience.
