Keystone Bicycle Co. reviews
17I take my bikes here because they are friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They provide top notch service for reasonable prices and they always have neat bikes and gear to look at while I wait. I never feel belittled or judged, on the contrary all the mechanics are down to earth and will take time to say hello or talk through any issues. I always recommend Keystone Bicycle Co to all my friends!
Brought my bike in for a tune-up and a new seat. Bike rides like brand new. Thanks guys, you rock.
I love this bike shop. They are transparent about pricing, do incredibly solid work, and are fantastic to be around. You’ll never feel pressured or put down in this bike shop. I’ll take my bikes here forever.
Nice looking shop on a vibrant plot of small business on American Street.
They took care of replacing my chain and a broken spoke. Even when the chain snapped for whatever reason a few days after they replaced it the following week free of charge. The customer service was exceptional & friendly.
Amazing shop! Friendly, helpful, & great prices especially for the high quality work they do. They got me all set up with bags/packs when I showed up the day before a week long bike trip, having no idea what I needed or what my options were. Stop by and see what kind of cool stuff they carry, it'll improve your whole biking experience
A wonderful neighborhood bike shop with exceptional expertise and service. A great resource for anyone from beginner level to highly experienced with biking. Friendly staff and great inventory. Extremely trustworthy and well versed in biking safety and dependable gear.
Super helpful team. I was in between revamping an old bike vs buying new, and within a day the team had estimates and advice - they were realistic and honest. It made more sense in my case to buy new, which was a great experience too. I'll definitely stick with Keystone in the future.
Hands down the best bike shop in the city.the staff are kind, helpful, non judgemental and incredibly fair. Many times I've gone in and they've been able to quickly fix or diagnose every bike issue I've ever had. They've worked on my ebike, vintage bike, and road bike with no complaints and I always leave knowing more than I knew before walking in.
They sell tools, bags, consumables like tubes/c02, King cages, and do excellent service. Their pricing is honestly great - every repair is cheaper than I'd expect to pay.also, the vibes are great. Sometimes there's a dog. There's cool shirts. Everyone is really nice. It's my first choice for a bike shop in this city and it's even better by the fact that I can make the walk of shame from home with an inoperable bike.lots of parking (bike and car, if that's your thing), easy access by bike path. Simply the best.
Fantastic place! Fast and friendly service from a knowledgeable team. Detailed invoicing, no surprise charges and a job well done at reasonable prices - my bike rides (and looks) like new.
Awesome shop! Friendly and really helped in a bind getting my bike sorted out as I was coming though town briefly on a bike trip.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, helped me make informed decisions without pushing to buy everything they discussed. Will come back for any future bicycle needs.
UPDATE: Keystone fixed the flat with a new tube, explained what they think went wrong, and gave me a $25 credit for future service. Keeping part of the original review because its silly to charge 6 bucks to put a tire on. Good customer service though.
Part of Original review: TODAY, I took off the wheel to get a new spoke. 6 for a spoke and 30 for wheel true.okay that’s fair.another 6 to take off cassette.okayyy… but then another 6 to put on the tire, when it came with a tire… only to have said tire have a SLOW LEAK AFTER THEIR INSTALLATION… pretty annoying.
Great spot.friendly and knowledgeable staff with a nice selection of bike/outdoor accessories.
100% the best bike shop experience I’ve had! Keystone is amazing - everyone is so knowledgeable and helpful, whether it’s installing a new rack or tuning up my lil bike. I also love being able to grab camping stuff somewhere in the city! The swift/nittany bags are great too - but maybe a keystone tote one day?:)
It’s a shame keystone and staff are so efficient because I don’t get to bring in my issues. So friendly and knowledgeable. Great place to go if you have questions or are looking into something new.
By far my favorite bike shop in Philadelphia. Everyone was super knowledge, nice and helpful but Zack was especially great. Got my old lady set up good as new.
Zack was super helpful and efficient in getting my bike fixed A$AP. Highly recommend to all cyclists for Zack to be your go-to. Love this place!
