Kond tree /Illera cartridges suck. Do not purchase because when their product doesnt work they never try to offer replacement. Even if you have box they dont take back here. They want the rubber tips used to protect product. How ridiculous! Do not buy kind tree. Even the customer service on their website suck because their so cheap they never want to give free replacements for their faulty products which i told them this store could not fix due to who knows what. Stay away from kind tree illera products. Customer service and zachary bolonger from the company is the worst!

Haleigh, from the greeting, was genuinely very pleasant and professional. Great assistance in pointing me to the right medication, after I described what my needs were. Top quality service and products are a constant with every experience at this location.

I came in after work to grab my medication and was met by Haleigh who ive dealt with on previous experiences shes always been polite and knowledgeable on the products its always a pleasure to to be greeted and treated like a valued customer

The entire staff every time I visit are some of the friendliest people I’ve encountered. I could talk to Shelina at the front desk for hours and Haleigh was amazing giving me details in products I should look for and giving really great recommendations, super helpful and very friendly too!

My wife shops here all the time, and it's the only dispensary that she actually seems happy visiting. For today's visit she dealt with Amberlyn and came out of the building with a smile, and was telling me about how sweet and helpful she was. We will definitely continue to shop here.

Great place for all your medicinal needs, they run pretty decent deals daily. I just wish the parking lot was bigger because getting in and out can be stressful at peak times. It also can get quite crowded on holiday deal days inside the lobby not very fun for those with social anxiety. Workers are hit or miss with friendliness.
Edit 2/11/2023: taking off a star of my original review because the selection at this location flower wise has been horrible lately. They seem to always have their in house kindtree and relabeled celebrity kindtree junk in stock (because no one buy it unless it's given away) meanwhile all other quality brands have like 2-3 strains maybe if your lucky and if your even luckier one of those strains will actually help you. Also seems to be short staffed everytime I go there's tons of people sitting in the lobby because there's only two tenders working. I understand staffing issues and don't mind the wait, it's not the issue. The issue is being forced to sit in a very small crowded lobby. Let me do curbside or something. I won't come to this location other than the first hour they open, I'll simply go somewhere else.
