I have had eye surgery 3 times in the past year with Dr. Yee and she was fantastic. The first two surgeries were cataracts. Since I was a glasses wearer who hated wearing glasses I went with the multifocal lenses. I am now doing and seeing everything perfectly without glasses! It did take a week to adjust to the multifocal lenses but it was well worth it.

I did not know I had sagging upper eyelids until Dr. Yee told me and took my picture and showed it to me. I had eyelid surgery and in the recovery room I couldn't believe how much my field of vision increased! Also I have dry eyes and they have been much better since the eyelid surgery.

I was really frightened about having someone do surgery on my eyes but Dr. Yee was terrific. She has a very calm and authoritative manner that puts you at ease. (She also explained the different types of curries during one of the surgeries which was fun and took my mind off the surgery!)

The staff has also been supportive. They take time with you and make you comfortable. They also were great getting answers for post surgery questions.

My eyes are so much better and I have Dr. Yee and her staff to thank for that!

First appointment was cancelled because doctor took a vacation the week I was scheduled.
Second appointment went passed appointment time, they were backed up and people who came in passed my time were taken.
Avoid this place. Go somewhere else!
Tried for a 3rd time, no doctor. Where can a handicapped disabled person go and not be treated like garbage? !
Another one of these garbage dumps that keep making you come back for appointments but never see a doctor! They just charge your insurance and never get medical help!
They should be associated with Wellspan!
Avoid this dump and these horrible women!

For years, I kept on going to those eyeglasses places were they give you a quick checkup and ask you the same old question; Which one is better, 1 or 2? Know what I'm talking about? Yes, the same places that tell you everytime you go hoping to see better with a new pair of glasses that you won't have any problems with the new ones. I was at those places many times (tried different ones hoping that they were going to solve the problem) and everytime was the same. They kept changing the prescription and the truth, there was no difference. I was having a lot of trouble driving at night (I would see things that were not there, shadows). It got to hte piont that I started driving super slow 'cause I didn't trust my eyeglasses. Reading was a huge struggle. It was very hard for me to read information regarding my medications, actually it got to a point that I had to use a magnifying glass along with my eyeglasses in order to read. Make up was another story, I couldn't wear it. Taking the glasses off meant that everything was blurry. Even when driving at daytime things started to also become blurry. Then, one day my mom told me to go and see Dr. Yee (she's mom's eye doctor). So, I scheduled an appointment. First of all, I was very surprised with hte way I was received by the lovely girls at the front office. Not only they are very profesional but also patient, caring and understanding. I checked in and waited for my name to be called. The girls that work in the back with the patients are just like the ones in the front. They listened to what I had to say and made me feel very comfortable. Different tests were performed and then it was time to see the one and only Dr. Yee (sorry, had to say that way lol). Dr. Yee checked the results from all the tests and also checked my eyes and told me that I had catarats. Finally I had a diagnosis. Finally i knew what was really wrong with my eyes. Dr. Yee talked to me about catarat surgery and that's when my journey to recover my vision started. A date was set up for surgery (one eye at a time) and after all the process was done I could not believe the results! I can finally see without eyeglasses, even the small letters. No more blurry vision while driving, no more magnifying glass and eyeglasses for reading and I can wear make up again (before I couldn't because it was an absolute blur when it came to look at my face in the mirror). Having a good vision is a beautifull thing. Who knew I was going to get rid of the eyeglasses and feel so happy because of it. Dr. Yee has been very honest and straightforward with me since the begining. She never gave me false expectations because she's a true professional and an outstanding doctor. God bless Dr. Yee and Keystone Eye Care. I will be forever grateful. If you are reading this and have a vision problem give a try and contact them. Is all worth it.

I haven't even had a visit with the Dr. Yet but I can't wait to meet him, because when I went into the office to make my appointment the staff at the front were amazing.not sure about all of these other reviews saying the opposite! The staff so far are so friendly and professional. I will update after I see the Dr in a few weeks:)

Said they take our insurance just to show up and say they never have, we have BCBS and now we don’t have an appointment even though they called us a week ago to confirm the appointment. Receptionists kept hanging up on people, very rude. They having a hard time reaching at the insurance company and they one older blond lady keeps hitting her hands on the desk because she’s upset and i get it you had to be on hold. But its not my fault if you told us we are eligible.

If i could give them 0 stars i would.
