Keystone Foundation Repair

Keystone foundation aided in a foundation repair of a two story commercial office building four us. Andrew did a thorough review and explained how the company would repair the foundation that had collapsed several inches. Before the repair, Andrew pointed out a few unknowns and likely scenarios in order to repair. It was good to have this information. Bob and Will, who completed the work, were great to work with. They were hardworking, professional and courteous. They took time to show us what was found after excavation and the course of action to repair, which coincided with Andrew's assessment. All work was completed in a timely manner as promised. We did encounter a few extras in costs, that were pointed out beforehand, and were added as fair and reasonable extras. We highly recommend Keystone Foundation for their expertise, professionalism, and good work. Particular thanks to Andrew, Bob and Will - we appreciated your efforts and enjoyed working with you.

Jeffry at Keystone was incredibly helpful. He came out all the way to our house near Bethesda, MD to give us an estimate. He almost immediately was able to identify the issue with a leak in our chimney flashing and saved us a lot of money by being honest and transparent.

Very positive experience. Jeff was on time, very knowledgeable and personable when came out to look as some crack/gaps on the exterior of my house that I was concerned about. He explained to me what he was seeing and the possible causes, answered all of my questions and addressed my immediate concerns. I never felt as if he trying to sell me services that I didn’t need just to make a sale. I was advised to monitor things for the time being. Highly recommended.

Will and Adam were great to work with, they had my fixed our cracks in our poured concrete walls in the garage. They showed up promptly and got the job done. I couldn't be more happier with the work they completed. I would suggest Keystone to anyone that need concrete repairs.

Bob and Adam with Keystone Foundation Repair did a great job of leveling a corner of my parents basement floor that had dropped almost one inch. I am very pleased with the results.

I called Keystone Foundation Repair offices on 08/25/22 and spoke to Jacob who confirmed that Michael would stop by to give me an estimate for my patio leveling needs on 08/31/22 at 4pm. Michael arrived right on time and reviewed our large patio which had cracked. Michael explained the different options available and the costs. I appreciated his expert advice and his direct and honest answers.

Keystone Estimator Andrew came out on the agreed upon time and had an estimate to us in a day. The pricing was reasonable and the project was explained in depth. What I thought may have been a foundation problem
was actually the chimney pulling from the house. The work was done today by John B and Josh W and completed in short order. The chimney secured and the holes that were dug were
Filled and leveled off. Waiting for the filler between the bricks to dry to see the color match but they came out before hand and took samples
So they could do their best to match.

I would call them again in a minute for another project if needed but hoping I never have to. They were professional and nice people

The work completed in our basement and garage was done by Will. He was punctual, very clean and professional. He took the time to answer our questions and did an outstanding job. Very pleased!
