Fantastic experience! The process of looking at the granite slabs for our project was easy with the advice and help from the salesperson The installers were efficient and courteous. They went right to work and completed the job, when they left the kitchen was neat and clean. The prices were the best. Keystone is definitely the place to go for your project.

I just had a bar top counter added to my kitchen. Walked into the showroom and Jeff helped us right away to explain everything. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy at all and always responsive when I reached out to him. The turn around time for scheduling was fast! He was very patient with me and all of my questions. Reasonable pricing too. The gentlemen who came to do the template and then the install were all very nice, sweet and most importantly professional. My experience from start to finish was positive. Very pleased with the service and installation. So excited to have my bar top!

Great products, installation, attention to details. Exactly what you want when doing a custom kitchen. Nichole was professional, very calming and went through our multiple changes without a single complaint, just the opposite, encouraged us to make what was right for us. The Fushion island is really like a work of art, centerpiece that set all of the other upgrades of our custom kitchen off.

Prices are better than box stores and they're local too. The real difference are the people. You know your with the right source when they offer to move slabs for you and no one looks disgusted doing so because the goal is the same, the customers satisfaction.

Thank you everyone, better than expected and those expectations were very high.

WOW! We are absolutely THRILLED with our quartz counters from Keystone! We didn't expect to do an entire kitchen remodel, but when we learned how affordable yet beautiful the options were at Keystone, we decided to go for our dream kitchen. Keystone was welcoming and very accommodating throughout the process, open to my project changes as we expanded our plans along the way. We are so glad we went with this beautiful Marble Falls Quartz (level 1 and looks amazing!), huge island with waterfall legs, and continued it up the backsplash for a modern look. Keystone office staff, templaters, and installers were all wonderful to work with and they completed the job very quickly. This is our third and favorite project we have done with them. We will never go anywhere else! Thank you!

Unfortunately, when I put in my new kitchen I went with Keystone just for the granite itself, plus a faucet. They did not actually put in the rest of my kitchen.
But I chose them for the granite because I could save about $1,000 on the same granite as at other local granite companies. The lesson I learned is that you get what you pay for. My advice is: be willing to pay more for the same granite but get it at another local company which offers better customer service and skill levels.
First of all my counter was off by a quarter of an inch on the one end. That doesn't sound like much, but when it's resting flush with the cabinet below, it makes a huge difference. So whoever cut my granite slabs did not have precise cutting skills.
Secondly, my faucet was an expensive, high-end model, and from the day it was installed it leaked around the base. When I called Keystone, instead of offering to fix or replace it, they claimed I had to actually call the company which manufactures it, which I did. The manufacturer claimed that Keystone was the responsible party since they carried and installed it. After multiple phone calls back and forth between the two, no one would take responsibility for it and I am left with a leaky faucet which also started coming apart. I'm about ready to replace it.
Bye bye Keystone. Never again. Frugality on my part does not always mean I come out on top.

I am rehabbing a rental unit and wanted granite countertops. After researching, settled with three companies. Prices ranged from $1800-$4500 for the same granite, same sqft. I went with Keystone because it was appropriately priced and had a great selection. The process was efficient and quick. The quality of the stone really brought the whole kitchen together.
Shout out to Beliana for her knowledge of the product as well her customer service!

Had the best experience working with Nicole and the rest of the team at Keystone. Nicole was an absolute pleasure. She is very knowledgeable, professional and excellent in responding to any questions or concerns. Really, just a very nice person to work with throughout the process. When you have a positive experience when working with someone I think its important to let them know they have done their job well. The countertops are beautiful, could not be happier with the out come or the experience.
