I am very pleased with the service I get from keystone propane they are dependable and reliable and I appreciate that they work with me allowing me to partake in the budget so that I will have continuous service all winter.

The BAD experience is my fault for not thinking they would penalize me for not using all my pre buy gallons. It is in the contract but I guess I thought because I was a long-standing customer and with the stress of COVID- 19 they might give me a break. I would have been happy with charging me half of the penalty, but I was charged the $100.00. Well I was taken to school on that one, and I guess I didn’t save any money on the pre buy with them.

WELL my experience turned out very well. I am so please to talk to the great employee who worked with me to fix the issue I created. In the future I will know not to buy more than I expect to use. Thanks so much for reaching out to me today.

Great service and great prices what could ask for more!

If you don't buy 100 gallons a year they charge you a $60 fee. We've had the company for years and they never used to do this. They admit it isn't in their contract. Also, their staff is incredibly RUDE. Changing companies ASAP.

Very unhappy today, last year pricing at keystone was fair, this year i had to pay over 5.00 more to fill a 30 lb tank & 20 lb for camping, it's 15.00 & 9.95 in honesdale & they dropped it to 7.95 for 20lb the whole sumer last year.keystones 18.00 & 12.00, i wont be back.

Horrible customer service with HIDDEN FEES, try an honest company first.
They charge $4.95 per month admin fee even if you use or get no propane and I'm set up for electronic billing which costs them nothing. Then when you cancel they charge you $75 per hour to come pick up your tank, lol, Shop around. There are plenty of smaller companies that don't charge either of these fees.

I have been going here since I was a kid. They have the best prices and selection in their indoor showroom around. This is a cool place for guys that like to grill.

They will run a hard inquire on your credit leaving a mark on your credit report before they will even give a quote for tank installation.

We have been customers for just over a year, bought our tank from them and for the first season we were treated very well, pricing is also very good. THEN this fall something happened to their customer service. We set up on a three week FILL and it never happened, each month we had to call, several times, and were told each time “we dont fill on demand”. It seemed their “schedule” meant little if anything. Last week we were getting low and I called to confirm delivery was imminent. YES was the response, however that was Wednesday, today is Sunday and no fuel, now at 10% and with windchill we will be at 10 below tonight. THEN I received a call from Bruce Turner, who apologized and confirmed a delivery would be made today (Sunday, NY Eve), had several other suggestions how to improve things for our property as well. So far my faith has been restored. Will revisit this post and increase the STAR rating if it all plans out as promised. FEBRURARY 20,2017 UPDATE: As promised I return to update this review, and have moved to a five star. This company has gone above and beyond to take care of us and without a single need for a call. They have accommodated our needs during the cold winter with consistent timely service and with a courteous friendly and caring driver. Thank you Keystone and we highly recommend them to all!

Well I called them on friday. The lady on the phone said next week yada yada yada. It's now Wednesday still no propane. So now my tank is empty and she says ur scheduled for tomorrow. So you want me to freeze all night pretty much? Well we can't help that. I'm a small business owner myself and if there's an emergency I'm always there. Poor communication.

Keystone has truly been the easiest and most accommodating company to deal with in providing propane for my summer home. My son just bought a house that has a big tank from another company outside. He has called them to take it away, and as soon as his new gas fireplace is scheduled for installation (soon) he will be calling Keystone!

Terrible customer service. Never follow up on things they say they will. Don't deliver when scheduled. Rude on the phone.

I live locally and fill my RV quite a bit at Keystone. The service is fanominal and always curteous inside and out. I've used another service on otherside (Scranton) town and always have to walk a short distance just to get someone to assist. At Keystone the office is extremely close and the person who fills my tank is at the pump within seconds.

Love the online ordering and online payment options. Customer service is great! Delivery is prompt. Thank you!

Customer service has been responsive to any and all my requests no matter how trivial or serious they might have been. Service personnel are courteous and treat your home as if it was their own. The workers are an asset to the Keystone organization. I would recommend this company to anyone.
