Despite the challenges of difficulties securing staffing in every sector of healthcare, KQT does everything they can to service their clients. Unlike AMR transport who has basically fallen off the face of the earth when it comes to taking care of patient transports, KQT shines. Suzanne and Mike are responsive leaders who help to ensure safe transports for our patient population. Their EMTs and paramedics are kind, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Unlike their competitors, KQTs teams are collaborative with and complimentary to the hospital staff and take the time to ensure that patients receive the best care possible. I imagine by the way they are run that they are probably nice to work for too. I’d also like to thank each of you for all your hard work over the years. Looking forward to more years of quality collaboration.

I feel I need to report the driver of Van #235 license plate LWJ 1017. Last night I was following this vehicle for several blocks and noticed erratic driving. Operator was driving extremely slow and seemed to almost stop at times for no apparent reason. My first thought was that this vehicle must be stolen and the driver must be high. I was very busy and had forgotten all about it until tonight, I just encountered the same van! Same weird behavior as last night. I honestly hope someone at the company looks into this before the driver causes an accident. A drug test would be prudent.

These guys were kind courteous and professional. John the driver and the paramedic operated very effectually to move the patient from the hospital to the rehab center. I will definitely be referring them in the future and to all who would need their services. Keep up the good work guys.

Keystone EMTs on three occasions did a beautiful job transporting my sweetheart of 20 years. Not an easy task: Nancy is hemiplegic, on these occasions was disoriented; and they had to carry her down a tricky flight of stairs. Done efficiently and with a great deal of compassion. I contracted Keystone Quality Transport to bring my father home from a rehab stint, and the service could not have been better! The driver, Mr. Howard, was prompt, efficient, and more important, very caring with father. He helped create a positive personal experience while following all COVID protocols. My father arrived home safe and happy. Mr. Howard went above and beyond in providing great service. I HIGHLY recommend Keystone Quality Transport!

One of your ambulances was driving horribly in this snow. The guy wasn't even driving in the tracks of the other drivers and almost ran me off the side of the highway twice.

My child was transported via Keystone Quality Transport after being injured and the care was excellent. Experienced some billing challenges due to an insurance mix up and Justin went above and beyond with exceptional customer service to help get the issue resolved. Top notch company! Thank you!

This company is the worst ambulance service in this city. Quality of service is lousy and they hire riff raff off the street to drive patients to, and from hospital appointments, or discharged from the hospital. 1/2 a star in my opinion.
