Rude people.some how they never got tenders, they dont want to serve people.they will just say they sold out.horrible.

The staff here at KFC Is Really Nice. With a drive thru And order KFC inside this Restaurant. I like the chicken, Potato wedges, The Georgia Gold chicken sandwich, mac N cheese, The Mashed Potatoes, popcorn Chicken, A Cooky, and a Diet Coca Cola. The drink machine Was 100 Percent Fine. But no Sprite, This will be the longest review. And This Place is a Per vert. I have no Choice. But to not Come back At kfc again

I placed a order online for my family and when I got back home I found mostly wings in my bucket of chicken and my sides were wrong! I had to order more food to feed my family! I'm not happy with KFC!

There's no reason on God's green earth why I had to wait over 25 minutes in the drive-thru line for some chicken

I know I've said this before but I really wish I could get this location zero Stars. Out of all other fast food locations KFC has always been the worst. The drive-thru is always extremely slow even when they're not busy. I deliver food and I usually will not go to KFC unless it's worth my time. Whenever I go there I pretty much know I'm going to spend 30 to 45 minutes there. On more than one occasion I've waited up to 45 minutes when they weren't that busy. So tonight I went there and had two orders to pick up. And for some reason they had not received one of the orders in their system. So I told them that I would pull around to handle the issue with the first customer. So that the second customers food wasn't cold. It was around 9: 56 at night. I had checked the hours posted before pulling off and it said that they were open till 11. It also says online that they're open till 11. I guess because of covid 10 p.m. Instead of 11 p.m. You would think that the employee at the window would have let me know that they closed at 10. I pulled back around about 10: 05 and after 10 minutes of waiting somebody finally came on the loudspeaker and told me they were closed. I understand that everybody wants to go home at closing time. But not telling a customer that they're going to close and they should get the other order right then is horrible customer service. Thankfully it wasn't my food. I don't eat KFC anyway. They speed grow their chickens with hormones and pump them full of drugs. They harvest the chicken 75% faster than Popeyes does. At Birth they clip the chickens beaks and talons. And keep them in a dark age changed so that they cannot move at all. They pretty much torture the animal. Hopefully somebody sees this and it stops it from getting a little bit of business. I've had numerous problems at multiple KFC locations over the years. Their chicken sucks. And Popeyes is far superior.

Come on now everyone off you know that KFC is the balm is so good along with the sides I would eat this everyday if I didn't keep gaining wieght from it! Thank you to the polite workers and for great service

The worst place to eat I strongly recommend you go eat somewhere else I got a two piece chicken my food was cold like my soda and the workers are so disrespectful

Went to pick up an uber eats order that was placed about 25 minutes before i got there and of course the lobby is closed even though its during the dinner rush so im expected to wait another 25 minutes in the drive thru while people who just ordered are getting their food fresh

The drive thru was very slow moving however the worker was friendly and I suspect they are under staffed so I offer some understanding. They did get my sides wrong and gave me Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes when I ordered a double fry and coleslaw. The chicken was not very fresh. I don't think I will be coming to this location in a long time. That's the thing with alot of fast food places. It's all about the location. Some are better than other's. I don't mind the wait as much as the food being sub par and wrong items. This location needs much improvement.

Went thru the drive thru, was asked to pull around front to wait, then waited 25 mins for someone to come out and bring the food

Just want to say that it was my first time ordering from this location, line was long and I’m sure all employees where super busy serving food and usually when it’s so busy you don’t get good costumer service.sometimes rude, impatient, and very negative!

Great costumer service. The most client oriented service I experienced in a long time. Due to pandemic, place is short of staff but manager is trying to do her best and beyond. Just FWI if you cannot dine in or have to wait long - it is not bc they’re lazy or don’t care.

I probably shouldn't even give 2 stars. Awful experience. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building, we waited. When we got to the speaker we were asked to wait. As soon as the woman came back on the speaker you could hear carrying on in the background noise. I ordered 2 large fries (and additional items) and she heard 2 Pepsi, had to repeat order 3 times. Asked to wait again at the speaker for my total.
Got to the window and was handed a plastic bag that had a paper bag inside of it, looked inside the bag to see that the gravy was opened and dumped all over everything else. Handed the bag back and they gave the same bag back to us just without the gravy inside of it. The paper bag was ripping for being soggy with gravy. We got handed a large gravy, without a bag, when all was said and done.
We were kind but everything was a mess and the customer service at the window was rushed.
I don't expect much from fast food, especially at the Mills, but this visit was terrible.

They are not focusing on their work and they watching on phone and they are talking to each other they don’t care how long you wait in line

Went in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window, the employee said " WHAT YOU GOT? "My order was wrong which happens i understand. I then wait 5-7 minutes to be asked to move around so the order can be brought out to me. Because my order was given to someone else. I am still currently waiting its been 6 minutes. Can you not put 20 year olds in charge. Then also did not apologize when the order was given to me. This is the worst kfc I've ever been to and WILL NEVER come to again. And I run a kitchen. Hire better people.
