KFC, Clifton Heights PA

Went to the drive thru at 9: 52 to get a drink because for some reason you can still only get sweet lightning at KFC, another car in front me sat there for about 5min. They pull away and I sit for another 5. I check the time and its 10: 02 so I pull up to the window. I see two people cleaning and it makes me wonder what the point of having hours for close if they arent going to abide them. I understand if I was making a big order but I didnt even get a chance to say what I wanted. Third time this particular KFC has done this. Jus say you close when you want and at least then I wouldnt waste my time waiting for nothing.

For the very first time in the 35ish years I have lived in Delaware County, thanks in much part to GABE at the window, on this night we quickly, efficiently, and politely received our order from this store. Everything we ordered was available and received in the bag, there were utensils, straws and napkins included, and the food was fresh (relatively speaking) and hot. Outside of the vulgar shenanigans we heard coming from the car behind us (making us feel bad for poor Gabe), it was a positively successful trip through after running a bunch of holiday errands and very worthy of mention.

They were out of original wings, which is ridiculous, since this is a chicken restaurant! I ordered the crunchy wings. They were okay but I prefer the original.

Miserable employees, no clue how to be polite or helpful.
The instructions for pickup from the app are just flat out wrong.

Don't ask about KFC bucket deals because it will cost you $31.and change! 8 chicken tenders, fries, 4 biscuits and mashed potatoes with gravy! Keep in mind I ordered fries (warm at best) and Cole slaw! When I asked about the $20. Bucket Deal I was told YES! Pull up to the window and wallah, $30 and change! I asked, AGAIN why $30? The staff at the window just said yeah, $30.and change? What happened to $20.something? I was so ANNOYED and just paid the money. My sides were sub par and one was wrong. If you have money to waste and want warm food at best, this is your spot! Otherwise go in check all the prices, check your food and don't leave until you do! Once you've entered their drive thru there's no turning back!

The food was cold and the chicken wasn't very crispy and it was suppose to be extra crispy. It was more like original. The drive thru was all that was open and when I got to place my order I asked for breast and was told I have to check to see it we have any. You're a fried chicken place you should have it all. I will never go back to a KFC they're are much better places.

Love pulling into a kfc when the employees tell you they have no chicken as they are eating chicken!

The food had no flavor.
They gave my order to another customer and had to wait awhile for the food

They are a KFC Taco Bell and had no Taco Bell. Also says dine in but at 6: 40 was locked up. With 5 employees just laughing. This place is mismanaged and a joke.

I had the 5 piece chicken finger combo. I was a lot and it was good even though they forgot to put my dipping sauce in the bag.

Server was patient and very helpful with responses to many questions during the selection process. Food was cooked to perfection.

Chicken and biscuits were barely warm, tasted like they've been sitting in warming drawer for several hours. They didn't taste fresh. Asked for meal, never got mashed potatoes. Cole slaw has changed drastically. No sauce to it, no flavor. Looked and tasted like all they did was chop some cabbage and that's it. Horrible. This is the second time to this location, is the last time. No pride in the product whatsoever. Awful. Will not be going back again.

Only Drive through COVID IS OVER AND NO ONE WANTS TO WAIT 30 min in your drive up to be treated badly like this location does and serving expensive cold mush. Screw this location why have a dining room also if we can’t use it. Hope this location goes out of business.

This place needs to fire and hire responsible adults. They are rude and ultimately disrespectful. There is no manager present and it that they do whatever they please. I will be reaching out to corporate in regards to this particular location.

This location used to be my favorite KFC location for fresh food, with fast service, and politeness but yesterday around 1pm. The guy working drive thru seemed extremely rude and unnecessarily irritated. Yelled at me for getting my order request wrong. The other female manager was just as rude. Not sure about this staff of people. Not sure I’ll purchase here again until the staff changes.

Very busy.been sitting in front of window ⁵ min now. Maybe understaffed and if so then bless them.
