Management needs to update their menu on the outside marquee.it quotes one price and the clerks at drive-thru say different. When I brought it to their attention, they said "we don't have anything to do with that".

Ladies and gentlemen, please do not patronize this particular establishment. The staff here are extremely disrespectful and lack basic customer service skills. The service that my sister and I received this evening was extremely outrageous and despicable. KFC definitely needs to hire new staff or train their staff better. I wish I could give a zero rating. Extremely Ghetto. Do not recommend! Save your coins!

Do not go to this KFC. They are the absolute worst! The chicken is soggy and greasy, not crispy at all, the biscuits are hard and priced way too high! Drive right past this place if you want something good! Sheesh

Never get my order right chicken is hard biscuits or terrible I tell all my friends never go there

I stopped here at KFC drive through, ordered 3 pc combo and a chicken sandwich. The 3pc combo was saturated in grease and look awful. This is the 3rd time I got chicken that looked like it was sitting in grease. And couldn’t eat it. I use to like KFC but they don’t care how they prepare customers food. I won’t be wasting anymore money with them. Old York Rd. & Nedro

Customer service was great. But half the food was missing and nobody answered when we tried calling. The chicken (hot wings) we did get was burnt. Like hard to bite burnt. Three piece meal was made how THEY wanted to serve. Not how we ordered. I won't waste my time and money here

They are the worst I got part of my order and call the chick going to tell me there oven is not working so I got no biscuits and was missing one of my drinks

I mean I have tried and tried with this place, I thought maybe someone was having a bad day on my previous visits but this place is just SUB PAR and below the standards. How hard is it to count the 4? I asked for 4 piece tenders and recieved 3, I asked for hot sauce and was told "We don't have any " and then I was told " We don't have biscuits, we have dinner rolls". What is going on at this location? Doesn't seem that management cares so for that reason and the fact that I have TRIED to give this place and the staff many chances you have officially lost a customer. Instead of me trying to let them get their stuff together how about THEY try and get their stuff together.

The dining room is closed. They are only serving folks with a vehicle. Darn I wanted some tacos.

The chicken wasn't fried long enough for me so chicken was wet! The popcorn chicken is cooked too long and hard! Line very long and beggars in parking lot bothering you and passer by people stopping and harassing the workers and going up to drive thru windows! I felt unsafe!

I go here for the taco bell that's connected to KFC. They are always kind and courteous even when it's close to closing time (if you been to a restaurant at closing time you know where I'm going with that statement). Also, the food is delicious.

The dining room in this place is still close and the service here is slow as hell sometimes.

I like the food. I Do not care for their service. You staff aren't clean, employee digging in their underarm, hair. Do the owners of the suppose to be fast food served slow. Go figure. People, you are forgetting about, Morals, values, principles. Dignity, cleanliness. Use them, they work. Because some choose not to, doesn't mean you have to be apart of the Nastiness in this world. No fries I criedddd. But the drive thru was at least a 8 to 12 minute wait. I guess that's okay compare to other drive threw.

This place is horrible at service. They made us wait in the front while employees are wondering around and aren’t doing there job.

Your job is not at all hard.ordered though doordash and my order was all wrong not to mention cold.lame.
