Food is always good, service is hit or miss though. Sometimes you get a person who hates their job at the drive thru speaker and window though

Kfc is by far the best place for chicken. The chicken is always delicious & the sides are just as good.

Location newly renovated. Spacious with clean lines. Went for pot pies and ordered chicken bowls! Duh.

Buddy at the drive thru said there is a minimum purchase of 3 for spicy chicken sandwich, hahaha apparently now u gotta buy what they want you to buy, good luck we got chick FIL a in the area,

Does young man was unexperienced for work in the Drive-Thru and the manager was apologetic but there was another young lady there that was rude nasty and bossy

Please don’t eat here, I had fries and the new spicy Mac and cheese bowl and I ended up getting food poisoning!

UPDATE! This place still sucks. (Easton Ave). Went to the drive thru at 4pm on a Monday and the food was stale. These companies don't care about their customers anymore. We need to take a stand. Stop going to places that give bad service for your hard earned money.

Hey kfc I just got done eating one of your pot pies and I instantly felt depressed/suicidal, also gave me the Trots I don’t know If it was the crust or the gravy that did it, but you need to change the recipe,

Wow just wow. The anger that jumped out of that man in the drive thru toward me unprovoked was some kind of special. If your so confused listen to my words. I said one thing that was mixed around behind that window thats not a me problem. Yell at your staff for not listening not at me for explaining my order 3x times that makes it sound like I'm saying something different 3x times by the time you stick your nose in it. Shame on you shame on this location for having someone with your short tempered and nasty attitude there. Easton Ave

This location sucks. Give you the wrong order and play games with you if you have the audacity to ask for what you ordered. I know you weren't out of marinara sauce you just hate your job

Why such inconsistencies with the menu? Can order 1pc meal one time then next time told not available-if bojangles or popeye's was closer you'd have no business

Signs all say to pick up online orders at the front door. Then they tell you to wait thru the drive of like 10 cars. What's the point to have MULTIPLE SIGNS posted all over the building to pick up at the front door only to make me wait in a long drive thru line? Why even place an online order if you still have to go to the drive thru

Called in an order. Asked specifically if gravy was included. She assured me it was part of the meal. Got home to Easton only to find they forgot the gravy. Very disappointing.

Great fast food place but terrible pricing. And if you dont check for the missing sandwich than you cant say you didnt get it. Check before you leave. Yes you.

Food is usually very good but it seems like Everytime I go I'm missing something. This time was a whole freaking potpie. I live 15 mins-20 min away and can't go back and forth everytime. I understand they're busy but they should also make sure that the order is completely fulfilled.

I placed my order through the app. On the order confirmation screen, it said to go inside the restaurant to pick up my order. Upon arrival, I went to the pickup window. I saw at least one of the employees look me from inside. There was a post it note taped to the window, with a handwritten "Pick up at the drive thru. Thanks. " I got at the end of the long drive thru line. About 10 mins later, it was my turn. I stated I was picking up an order i placed through the app. He said I needed to go to the pick up window. I told him I had just been there. He said to ring the bell. I went back to the pickup window. At first I didn't see a doorbell. Then I noticed it was under the post it note. I rang the bell, a young female came over. I asked her if she knew there was a note telling customers to pick up orders at the drive thru. Her response was "Yeah. I know. " She went to get my order and then "thanked" me with an annoyed tone and look on her face.

Food wasn't fresh. Some of the fries looked smooched. The customer service was horrible. Wasn't greeted at all at the drive through window. The girl seem to have an attitude going on at the window and didn't say one word to me as she handed my bag of food to me.

Every single time I go through the drive thru, some part of my order is incorrect. I ordered off DoorDash and my dasher was given the entirely wrong bag of food even after asking them to check it. I normally don’t care if they mess up my order but it’s occurred like 5 times now.

This KFC is quick and they get the order right. It's frustrating when One gets home and the order is missing food or incorrect. This location does it right!

KFC has a "Steal of a DEAL"! Instead of "The $20 Fill Up", get "The $30 Fill Up". It includes a Box of Crispy Chicken Fingers. It's DELICIOUS!

The "$30 Fill Up" can easily feed an entire family. In addition, there may be leftovers for another day. It's more than worth it. Try It TODAY!
