KFC, Allentown PA

I went to this KFC with my brother 4: 00 pm 2/14/2022. It was a Monday. We ordered a customize eight piece dinner. Three thighs, three wings, and two legs. They kept recommending breasts. I had to say not breasts almost a dozen time. The meal came with three large sides. We ordered two mash potatoes and a coleslaw. The mash potatoes can with only one gravy. We asked for a second gravy. Person behind the counter said "Some times it comes like that, " and refused to give us a second gravy.

Nobody working there was wearing a mask and they were not wearing any gloves. Wont be going back there ever again. And the staff is miserable.

I paid a lot money for a very low quality chicken. Chicken was overcooked and dry.
Waisted of money I can get a better Chicken at Giant or Redner for better price and best qualitiy.

The chicken was a bit stale, the fries were very over done. The biscuit was the best thing.

KFC is my number one chicken place. They have the best mashed potatoes and gravy. The famous bowl is mine and my daughter's favorite.

Time management is important for us customers. Fast food is becoming a problem and no longer fast when they don't open their restaurant to dine in and overcrowding at the drive thru is becoming more common. This time I was in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me.the traffic wouldn't even move up like they ran out of food and was waiting for the guy to come back from the grocery store with more chicken to fry up. I just left I was so dang hungry. Got no time for fast food anymore. I'll just start packing lunch.

Please Do not come here at all! Employees looks lost took almost a hour just to give costumers their food! Place is trash just like the employees attitude! Every employee had a nasty attitude with a face like they hate the job. 11-20-2021 8: 30 pm

I had a big order and they forgot to add the coleslaw. Otherwise great customer service and wasn't a long wait.

Told my delivery order would be a couple minutes. 20 min later an employee said it would be another 20 min.

Store was not that busy and had at least 9 staffers behind the counter.

Girl in the managers shirt was throwing a tantrum the entire time.slamming boxes and bags and just being a terrible human being.

Do not order from here! I ordered through uber eats and what I received was the picture below! I order 3 pieces of chicken and only received one and a half, as you can see one looks like it was bitten into. I contacted uber, hopefully I'll get a refund.

As always a great family meal at a decent price.especially when your feeding 5 or more in the family.

My kids wanted to try KFC. Since we just moved from NY.were KFC's food is 8 out of 10. But here staff is polite with good service, but food is NOT EATABLE. WASTE OF MY MONEY.

Older worker took the yelling of customers in stride and told her it takes 8 minutes to cook and u are going to wait until it's done. All of us thanked her while waiting for our meals.

I didn't like that I wasn't allowed to seat down while I waited for my order, I have RA and neuropathy on my feets and it's very painful for me to wait stand up. Please at least let seat the persons with disabilies just for wait the orders!
And to complete the situation when I got home by bus, I found that out of 8 pieces of chicken they only gave me 7, I paid for an extra piece and they didn't give it. The mashed potatoes without gravy. Terrible service and to top it off I lost money because by bus I cannot return today to claim! The order number was # 3036, time 5: 45, date 2021-06-17 and the cashier Gelizha (she was not the one who gave me the order) Who gave me the order was a manager. Never com back to this KFC!?

Went in today the person on the mic was not courteous the person that collected my money gave me her back the whole time, the.when i wanted to add to my order she asked me to go around it come inside because she wasn't able to add anything to my order.i asked for a manager and miraculously i got the mash potatoes added. People are standing around not doing anything here and they are rude!
