KFC is the best damn chicken I can think of. It's been pretty much the same my entire life and I think that's why I've always loved it. Well, that and my natural love of fried chicken.

Has cockroaches, doesn’t clean drink machine correctly every night. You can see the mold if you look closely. Gross, don’t support this business.

Okay my grandma and I went at like 5: 06 and ordered and we got a bucket of extra crispy chicken she told us to pull up so we did. 10 cars got there food and my grandma went in said we ordered a bucket of chicken and have been waiting over 30 min where is it and the guy said "ARE YOU JOKING" she said "no I'm not joking where is our chicken" he didn't believe us so she had to come back to get the receipt we paid 35$ and when they gave us our food all they said was "Sorry for the wait" they didn't offer any compensation or anything we will never be coming back here again

Ordered two meals at the drive through.we got half way back to Dubious and discovered I didn't even get my order. They put in box of biscuits, that.at first, looked liked a box of chicken. I was not charged for the order. Its like they didn't even put it in the order.always, always, check your order before you leave.especialy if you use the drive through.

Lousy. My order was wrong again. I tried calling to speak with manager and she put me on hold then disconnected the call. I tried calling back and phone was off receiver

Chicken grease tasted old, corn tasted like field corn and was out of my 1st choice of side of Mac and cheese. For 26.50 wouldn't recommend it.

This place is just straight up rude and nasty, I refuse to eat here. The staff hides in the back at night and they lie about no having certain items because they are too lazy to make it. Unbelievable, can’t even call a manager because it’s family owned so they all lie for each other. Food is VERY greasy compared to the 23 other kfcs I’ve had. Needs shut down or new management! Or new owner.

We lost our KFC in Du Bois - so I enjoy when I can get chicken from Clearfield. This is the second time with the wrong sauce. I always ask for 2 KFC Sauce; last time I got 1 BBQ and 1 Ranch and this time there were 6 ketchup. I tried to call a manager to no answer, so I’m commenting so everyone can see. I can’t stand it when there is no precision or pride in customer service. It’s all they have to do is get the order right. That’s their job - what could possibly distract them from this goal? Okay that’s all

The chicken was good but their mashed potatoes are awful. I'm guessing this is a corporate issue and not this particular location.

Went through the drive through today got a 12pc family pack. Not even 10 mins later the gravy bowl popped off and all over everything. My car the food everything. So I called and talked to the manager and she says "sorry we have new lids for the bowls and sometimes they are not put on tight" well ya think? ! Than she says just come back through the drive through and I'll give you another one. We that's the least she could of done. Now to clean the mess that's in my car all over my seats my dash my floor and I get to waste gas to go replace my family's supper! Thanks but no thanks kfc of clearfield!

Stopped in for a quick dinner. Sandwich was good, tenders, fries, and slaw. We go here every now and then. Typical KFC.

Ordered 2 of the 10 piece feast and 4 Extra Mac and cheeses waited forever to get the food and got home 40 miles away and they didn't even give us the Mac and cheese

Worst customer service ever! Manager listen in the background and told the girl at the window to close the window and say have a good day. We were questioning the price the sign is incorrect. We called and she hung up

Normally I love KFC but tonight when I got home and opened my take out I was very disappointed First I ordered french fries instead of mashed potatoes got mashed potatoes so I was alright I can deal with it then started to eat my chicken and it was bloody and cold in the middle.

Delicious food, crispy/juicy chicken &fast service. Lots of options, cheap prices -lots of deals to save some cash! Order @ drive through or inside. Bathrooms also inside. Friendly staff,

Quick service. They were out of some type of chicken when we went but my group was able to get everything we wanted. First time going and very much enjoyed the famous bowl.

The food is usually great but the hospitality is horrible I usually avoid this place unless the kiddos ask to go but I dread it because of the rude service

I have been to this same location twice and each experience was bad, the second was shockingly terrible. The first was in July of this year when our family (of 5) stopped on our way to South Carolina. We went through the drive through and once on the road realized they had forgot a whole meal. I tried calling 3 times and no one answered. Then I got a vm stating that they were not able to answer because of being understaffed. So, essentially, I let it go because mistakes are made and I wasn't going to be able to repeatedly call.

Well we decided to give it another chance tonight when we were in the area for an event. We went through the drive thru at 9: 35. All the lights in the place are on and signs are lit up. Dining room closes at 9 but drive thru is open till 10. No one responded to take our order at the drive thru so we drove around to the window. We could see the workers trying to avoid us seeing them. So my husband parked and went to the window and knocked.repeatedly.so they would know he wasn't leaving until they came to the window. The girl told him they were closed and when he told her it says the drive thru closes at 10, she responded with "oh. Well, we ran out of food". So he asked for corporate's phone number since this was the second incident and the unprofessional behavior. We tried calling and it was not their corporate number. Just someone's cell phone.

The food I WAS able to eat the 1st visit was great. Tried to give it a second chance as I love KFC food but this behavior was childish, irresponsible and unprofessional. I would want to know if my place was being run so poorly.

My husband and I was not very happy we got there at 3 Pm they had posted on the door that the lobby would be open at 4 Pm so we waited untill 4 Pm went back to find that they posted another sign that said sorry the lobby was closed because of lack of workers. Drive up was open but we didn't want drive up and eat in car so we went somewhere else. Won't go back!
